Lovely warm comfortable room with everything we needed, staff were extremely friendly, will definitely go back. Ate in the brasserie too , lovely meals and 10% off if you’re a guest.

Great hotel. Well furnished. Plenty of space. Spread out over three buildings. Greatblication bybthe Pantiles. Just be careful ... some rooms (townhouse) have no lift and steep stairs. If this is a concern let them know when reserving.

Booked this hotel a the very last minute as the one we were due to stay in had a gas leak. Room was comfy with plenty of storage space. The bed was big. I’m quite fussy when it comes to pillows so it wasn’t the best for me but others may like it. Breakfast was very nice and a wide selection to choose from. The bar area was nice and modern and all the staff were very friendly. I would happily stay there again.

I thought the room was lovely and enjoyed the balcony. The extras were excellent. Toiletries dressing gown coffee machine etc all excellent

Modern hotel, well situated within easy walk of all attractions. Good value but no on site parking. Free parking on the road about 20 minute walk away.

The hotel is modern and stylish. Nice bar and restaurant. Bedroom is modern and spacious. The best thing is the location. Within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

I was double charged, showed the bank statements to prove it, was told I would be contacted to sort it out. Nobody got back to me after three attempts. They are at best useless.

Smelled wonderful everyday. Always clean. Always somene at the front desk. Close to shopping.

Nice next to Pantiles

There was palpable mold that made breathing difficult.

From the moment we walked in we felt like we had walked into a swanky London hotel. The receptionist could not have been more helpful giving us directions to our chosen restaurant for the evening. As we approached our room there was a door in the corridor that had a card activated lock to prevent non-guests from entering, a very reassuring security feature. On entering our room we could tell that cleanliness was of utmost importance as the room smelt fresh. The room was very spacious and well organised. The shower room was huge with two types of shower heads. We went for our evening meal and on returning the receptionist asked if we had a good meal and even asked what we had to eat. The best experience we have had at a hotel ever.

Beautiful modern spacious rooms. Everything you could want for a getaway. Great location right in the heart of restaurants and bars. Perfect 👍 👍 Will definitely stay again.

Accessibility between w/o buildings was a hassle especially when it rains.
