ベッドもシングルより小さいですので、ゆったり過ごしたい人には少し窮屈かと思います。寝具は少し古めかしい匂いがしますが、お部屋は綺麗に清掃されてました。立地も良いので快適に過ごせました。

とても快適でしたが、少しお部屋が寒かったです。

Quarto grande, bem equipado e limpo, alem de perto de tudo. Recomendo mas se atente ao email cadstrado porque a comunicacao da senha de entrada é feito por la. (Ignore a caixa de metal depois da entrada, só usar a mesma senha da entrada na porta do apartamento)

It was amazing apartment. Clean and well equipped. Toasty bathroom floor was huge extra. Central location and convenient. I would recommend.

Meillä oli yksi yö, jonka varasimme ollessamme matkalla Rovaniemelle. Varaus sujui hyvin. Hetken odottelin ovikoodia sähköpostiin. Soittelimme asiasta asiakaspalveluun ja puhelun aikana tuo koodi sekä lisätiedot majoituksesta saapuivat. Kaikki toimi siltä osin siis hyvin. Itse huoneisto oli tosi hyvässä kunnossa ja sisälsi yöpymistä varten kaiken oleellisen. Pienenä kehityskohteena tyynyt voisivat olla paremmat tai niitä voisi olla pari kappaletta per sänky. Lisäksi uloskirjautuminen kello 11 tulee yllättävän nopeasti vastaan varsinkin mekin tulimme vasta yöllä majapaikkaan. Pysäköinti onnistui majapaikan läheiselle kadulle, joka on maksullinen.

Leilighet var nydelig og fin for både alene og familier og nært til senter og butikken. Senge teppe og puter bør vaske også noe gang, det lukte litt dårlig av det og hadde vert fin med ekstra dopapir i leiligheten.

This is the first time that I have stayed at these apartments. Check in was swift with a text and an email from the owners giving me the code to enter the building. Room was big with plenty of space and was clean. I liked how they left you a tea towel to use during your stay as some places don't and I always have one in my suitcase. The location was really good with only a five minute walk to the centre and a little further on to a big shopping centre with it own supermarket downstairs. The bus to the Santa Claus village stops a few streets away and costs only €3.60 one way. Here you get to meet the man himself and he is there all year round. There is also a beach just across the Kemijoki and to get there you need to cross the stunning Lumberjacks Candle bridge well worth it. I would stay here again if I come back to Rovaniemi.

It was right in the Rovaniemi centerpoint, good value for money, neat and clean property, clear on their communication reg check in and check out details. Good one to say with family.

Apartment had all the facilities needed for a short or long stay. Location was very central and the property was clean and in good repair.

Nice and clean, also loved the sauna turn!

Don’t get me wrong - the hotel was central. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The sauna was amazing. The only issue that tainted our experience was the hotel’s extreme inflexibility. I booked an extra room by accident but the penalty to fix the error right after was the entire cost of one night. Fine I ate the cost. We requested to upgrade the room to a larger room to accommodate another joiner. We weren’t even cancelling but we would have been subject to a penalty fee amounting to the entire cost of the reservation, which in my opinion is outrageous. In addition, if we wanted to upgrade paying the difference minus the extra night booked in error, they said the upgrade must include the extra night. I understand a small penalty fee for a change but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I travel often and I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I don’t know if it is laziness or greed but you need to take this into account if you consider booking this hotel. At least pay extra for refundable option even though it was a bit much. Had I know this would’ve been such a massive issue, I would’ve chose another accommodation or at least paid extra to avoid the stress and headache.

Estadia estilo airbnb, com muita comodidade. Tinha disponível fogão, forno, geladeira, máquina de lavar, aspirador de pó, dentre outros. Bem localizado, estava bem próximo da rua principal da cidade, com muitas opções de alimentação e com pontos de ônibus próximos para a cidade do papai noel e para o aeroporto.

This property was perfectly located for our trip and had everything we needed. The option for a late check out was extremely handy. The only thing that would have made things better would have been if there was an option for early check in say 1pm instead of 4pm as our flight landed at approx 11.30 so we had to use a storage facility nearby for our luggage and wait around for 4 hours. Highly recommended

These apartments were modern and had tons of space. Great for families. It was clean and the communication was perfect. Easy to check in and out. Close to many restaurants and downtown mall is only less than 5 minutes away.
