This is a beautiful property and the chef is amazing! When traveling to Europe, I like to feel like I’m staying in Europe, and La Magdeleine has so much character and charm! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this beautiful property and pool and had the most wonderful meal at the restaurant! The town is very cute and easily walkable. We hope to visit again.

Amazing bastide converted to a shabby chic hotel. Dinner at the restaurant (1 Michelin star) was an amazing experience. If only it is easy to make another reservation without a hotel stay.

wir waren noch vor dem Eigentümer Wechsel dort.
Leider ist der Charme verloren gegangen. Unpersönlich und das Essen überteuert für das was es ist. Wenn mann schon auf edle Küche macht und solche Preise verlangt muss es stimmen. Schade für das schöne Anwesen. Das typisch französisch, modern eingerichtet wurde. Schade. Wir waren das letzte mal dort.

Stanza privilege senza ascensore e nessuno che ti dia una mano a far salire la valigia per le scale. Wi-fee inesistente. Colazione inadeguata e povera. Il ristorante buono , ma tenendo conto che si tratta di menù fissi e cibi precotti/ preparati in anticipo e poi scaldati. Personale molto cordiale. Piscina bella.

Very nice hotel, but could use some renovating. The mattresses were not supportive so sleep was somewhat difficult. Staff was gracious and helpful. If was quite hot, but sadly, the A/C system had not been turned on for the season yet. A quick walk to Gemenos village and restaurants. Nicely situated between Aix and Marseilles.

Entrée majestueuse dans la propriété bordée d'oliviers et de lavandes avec découverte d'une superbe bastide d'époque, un parking aise et une grande piscine. Accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse et bien rénovée au calme avec vue sur la nature cadre agréable. Je recommande vivement le restaurant de cet établissement, menu gastronomique à 49€ une merveille 20/20 de l'entrée au dessert avec un personnel très aimable et professionnel. Excellent établissement.

A l'arrivée, surpris par la beauté du cadre, magnifique bâtiment, les salons sont très beaux ainsi que la salle de restaurant; ça se gâte lorsque l'on rentre dans la chambre: petite, matelas hors d'usage ( matelas à ressort !!!!), des mégots "oubliés sur l'appui de fenêtre !!!. Vous avez dit 4 étoiles ?
Le personnel moyennement "stylé".
Points positifs: voir au dessus, le repas excellent mais trop cher! Belle piscine et spa :OK
