当日の急な予約にもかかわらず丁寧に対応をレセプションの方にして頂いた。 また、ポーターの方も出発が14時でそれまで預かっていただくことを頼んでも快く対応していただき、 直ぐに空港までのタクシーを手配してくれた。 すべてにおいてPerfectなサービスでした。 また泊まりたいと思う。

If you're considering staying at this hotel, please read this first. Let me start with the reception staff—they are extremely unfriendly and indifferent, as if they're being forced to work. An hour after we checked into our room, a cleaning staff member entered without knocking. We stayed for three days, and our room was never cleaned. We left the hotel at 10 a.m. and returned around 4-5 p.m., and only once, after we got back around 5 p.m., did they knock on our door and shamelessly ask, "Do you need cleaning?" Additionally, it’s impossible to even find water in the room because you need to call room service to order it, which is charged separately. On top of that, you also have to pay a service fee for room service. Over the course of three days, I spent €100 on water alone. Instead of focusing on guest satisfaction, their sole goal seems to be figuring out how to charge you more. There is no soundproofing in the rooms. We kept waking up from the noise of people walking in the room above us because the ceiling is made of false panels that flex with every step, making it feel unsafe. If you want to order food from room service, it's very difficult to get in touch with them—you often have to try several times. Even when we managed to place an order, the food was terrible, and it was 1.5 times more expensive than the nearby restaurants. Overall, for a hotel with a nightly rate of €1,100 for a suite, we didn’t even get the level of service you’d expect from a €200

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are charming and luxe. Hotel Westminster has an overall very classic and elegant Parisian feel, and we thoroughly enjoyed our three nights here! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the moment you step outside you are on one of the most high end shopping streets in Paris. You are in walking distance to everything, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel! Stay here if you can!

Equipe atenciosa em especial no café da manhã. Quarto confortável e localização excelente. Cama e chuveiros ótimos. Pontos de atenção: ducha no banheiro c/ muita pressão, quarto pequeno.

Reception desk was the worst; they only did what they had to; no smiles or any willingness to please, or to make you feel welcome at all. Breakfast was everything I hoped for with beautiful french cheeses and the waiters attentive, polite and kind. Location is the best part of the hotel; I stayed in a suite room but it was still small, however that is to be expected in Paris and everything was clean. All in all it would have been better to stay at a generic 5 star hotel in a normal room rather than a suite at this one.

The lobby was wonderful. My superior room was so small, no room to turn around. Friends staying in a deluxe room - same price had much bigger accommodations. The hairdryer did not work- the desk sent the same one up to the room 3 times. The coffeemaker did not work.

Absolutely amazing hotel in the heart of Paris next to Palace Vendome. The room was superb , we were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel and it was just wow… Throughly enjoyed the stay Walid the receptionist / concierge was outstanding , very helpful and knowledgeable.

The Hotel Westminster is very conveniently located in the center of Paris. I walked everywhere! The staff was friendly and truly helpful in every way.
