Apartment Pentapolis Unit 607 Balikpapan

The amenities were not as per the expected with the price that I paid. I could see spider nest overhead just under the ceiling at many places. There is one electrical socket inside the bath room just close to the water tap and covered with tape. The Televice is not working. The person  contact number provided is never responding at all. Toilet water spray laying on the floor. Both smoke detector are cover with lid. The glass door to the balconi could not close properly and I could see the key were broken left inside the drum. The good thing is only close to the shopping mall and fairly close to the airport. Kakang Ragiel

Untuk lokasinya jelas terbaik yah, dapat fasilitas diskon 50% juga untuk tiket dan cabana di Aqua Boom. Akses ke mall Penta tinggal turun saja. Tapi unit 607 ini fasilitasnya kurang sekali. Tidak disediakan kompor bahkan dispenser atau galon juga ga ada. Hanya disediakan 2 botol 650ml air mineral padahal jelas-jelas ini untuk 4 orang dewasa. Tersedia wifi dan indihome untuk entertainment tapi remotenya tidak bisa digunakan, jadi percuma. Kontak owner tidak digubris, sungguh sangat minim hospitality-nya. Handuk hanya disediakan 2 lembar, padahal lagi-lagi ini unit 2 kamar yang berarti untuk 4 adults. Tidak ada sikat gigi dan odol hanya disediakan sabun cair tanpa shampoo. Unit memang sudah disapu pel, tapi sepertinya sofa, gorden, lemari, dan kasurnya penuh debu, seperti tidak pernah di vacuum. Untuk 1,2 juta permalam, lumayan mengecewakan.

kamar tidak terlalu besar. ada dapur tapi tidak ada kompor. piring, mangkok, sendok, garpu ada.. untuk air panasnya mantap sekali.. over all bagus, namun tidak include dengan parkir.. 19 jam bayar 41 ribu

Well, ga ada kompor, air galon, banyak semut, kamar bau apek. Hubungi pemilik ga ada respon sama sekali. Satpam kurang responsif, bener-bener pengalaman menjengkelkan menginap di apartemen. Untuk stay cation bareng anak dengan budget 1,3jt mending borneo bay aja.
