Walaupun sempet mati lampu, tapi alhamdulillah ga mengganggu kenyamanan penginapan karna AC tetep nyala..lokasi juga deket banget tempat ngonser..deket sama tmpat olahraga, deket mall..selalu suka nginep sini..

Overall, my experience was all good. Friendly and helpful staff. Tried the chicken burger at the restaurant. Chicken batter, bun, and salad were OK. But unfortunately chicken was too dry, making it so hard to chew. Hadn't try the breakfast.

I don't really know what to say honestly … the only good thing about this hotel is its location. If you have an event around GBK, its on walkable distance. And you could go to several mall as well. Unfortunately, other things were bad. 1. Check in process took so long. I was arrived at 13.00 and they said they will try to get my room ready at 13. 30. I'm okay if my room was ready at 14.00 too, since it was the original check in time. But even at 14. 30, my room wasn't ready yet. I have an event start at 16.00, and I need to get ready …. 2. The room where I stayed was on the 6th floor, and the alley was so dark. The room itself was really old, stain on the wall, and the furniture was old too. 3. Like it couldn't get any worse, the next morning they have a renovation and the drill sounds so loud I want to call the receptionist about that but even the telephone is not working fortunately there is a cleaning staff passed by, and I can ask her to file my complaint. 4. For the breakfast, I only ate bakso, bubur ketan, and pastry and it was okay. But my mom said the main dishes are a bit off. I wish the new management could improve, since the location is so strategic and it was written as a 4-star hotel.

The hotel was clean, room very spacious and clean with a nice view of the city and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Room is spacious although furniture is a bit old. Swimming pool is clean and proper. Breakfast is tasty. Smooth check in and out. Walking distance to Gelora Bung Karno, Fx Sudirman and Plaza Senayan (you can walk through hotel back door). Will stay here again next time.

First time booking this hotel for watching Timnas vs. Australia. One word for Artotel: awesome. However, they need to have better maintenance for the floor. Certain floor areas in my room are broken and have problems when using the bathroom.
