The DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya has a strategic location with easy access to the toll road, a connection to Bintaro Exchange Mall, and a link to the train station tunnel. You can consider it one of the best hotels in the area. DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya offers excellent cleanliness and hospitality, with all staff well-groomed and polite. The breakfast menu has a great variety, and the parking area is adequate. It is truly a pleasure for me to return to the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya with my lovely family, as we previously stayed there to celebrate my birthday. I will also be returning for a business meeting soon.

Good overall, but since I stayed in public holiday situation there are a lot of guests around even in breakfast time we have to be in a waiting list and waited a bit long queue.

Everything was great except for check-in time, we came late in the evening but still had to wait long for the room to be ready. Additional note: the hotel management seems to be under estimating long weekend breakfast capacity, I saw many people on waiting list for breakfast which is rather sad while they had conference/multifunction rooms sitting empty nearby.

Under Hilton management, it is very good hotel.

New hotel, room a bit small but consider this is 4/5 star hotel so yaa it 's OK. Love the services and and location. Will back to stay in this hotel.

Very nice hotel with access to bxc 2 mall.

Nice & helpful staff, especially when I'm about to chill in pool and asking to turn on the bubble/jacuzzi, and the staff turn it on immediately. The food was incredible, so many choices. Love the way they serve kind of cheese platter, but the capcay is too over cooked and oily. The room is clean & tidy which is very nice. I'm impressed that they had iron table with the iron itself. But that would be good if you also have hairdryer on the room.

Clean and comfy room. Service was very good and satisfying. A strategic location. The breakfast is delicious. Ordered dinner in the restaurant also tasted delicious.
