No hot water, no teapot to heat water for coffee, bed was rock hard and sheets were very warn and had several holes in it. Trash had not been emptied. No wifi and no LAN with surcharge available as described on the ad. On the plus side, the AC worked.

Theres no pillow, no bedsheet, towel. I have complained, but nothing solutions from the management. So dissapointed.

The room was exactly like what the picture shows. Swimming pool was closed with no notification but thankfully it was opened already in the morning so my kids still could enjoy the stay. The bed sheet and pillows were clean and smelled really good.

Recommend! This place its only 3 stars but feel like 5 stars hotel, staff very nice, toothbrushes, towels, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, complete! like a hotel. clean room, small room, but interior layout is very good, same room with application. swimming pool view, laundry staff are very Muslim, and friendly, because when I reach, she read QURAN, When I do work visit in ciputat area, I will stay in the same room. recommendation

This is a rented apartment unit, but it sure feels like a hotel. The apartment building looks nice, and from our room you can see the swimming pool and the park, and they are well maintained. The unit itself is rather spacious, with a single bed, a dresser, TV, refrigerator, and a kitchen area, though the stove is not provided. The bathroom was clean enough, but there were several wood chips since the door's bottom part (which is made of wood) was rotting away, probably because of the humidity. The environment was cozy, no noises from the road. We were able to sleep peacefully. There were several fast food restaurants near the area, so ordering food was not a problem. One thing I might suggest is that you bring your own drink and food if you don't want to order a delivery, since the mini market in the apartment area closes after 10, and it's quite a walk from the unit to the main road. Oh and make sure to check in before 9pm since the keyholder of the unit goes home at that time.
