Tempatnya cukup stategis. Parkirnya juga dekat serta fasilitas hotel yang lengkap dan nyaman, walau hotel lama, namun kondisi kamar bersih dan terawat dengan baik dan luas, kualitas kasur, selimut handuknya serta ameties juga sangat baik. Sarapan menunya sangat lengkap dan enak. Receptionist ramah dan flexible atas kebutuhan tamu, terima kasih.

A very pleasant staycation for a birthday celebration. Slow on the check-in and still asking for deposit at 200K. Helpful FO staff and very informative. Spacious room and clean, but the brown tiny pillow smells awful and some ants colony stays inside the teacup. Internet very very slow and disconnected all the time, Television needs to upgrade. The blanket is also so old-fashioned. Breakfast was awesome, many varieties, standard on taste (for my taste it was too salty) Fast check-out and definitely will coming back again.

The building is not new, but well maintained. The location is perfect in the central town, the room is clean and spacious, the TV is too small tough. The parking lot is ample. My child was very happy with the pool and the greenery around.

The room is nice, quiet and comfy. The ala carte menu and breakfast is delicious. Too bad the Executive Lounge is close during the pandemic, but overall it is a nice experience.

Good experience overall. Just come on busy period, there are a lot of people check in in same time with the limited crew in the pandemic situation so need to wait longer. And also there are some delay when asked to replace mat because out of ready stock so need to wait a little longer. Beside that have good services. Large room with sofa, clean room, friendly crew, the breakfast is okay also. Stamdard Covid protocol also implemented here i.e., temperature check and provide hand sanitizer in some areas.
