The rooms very bad smell and the light feels like in the karaoke place, and it 's was cigarette smells also in the corridors. I was check in and after 3 hours move to another hotels.

Good stay, all everything is clean. Only minus no sleeper, tissue, breakfast only in room not in restaurant, only one package. First time id card keep in front desk, another hotel not keep.

The property was not that bad at all.. it's a ok place.. cleanliness was just a standard as a budget hotel.. the only thing that disappoint me was the customer service attention for detail towards the customer's request to repair the impaired warm water service.. as the reception mentioned that the room service would includes the hot water service.. I have mentioned about the problem through front desk that promise would get their engineering & maintenance attention to work on the problem.. but until the end of my stay.. nobody seem to care about the problem... hope the communication skill could be improved, as hotels with half of price offered in the market nowadays never fail my standard expectation in providing the hot water service.

Aircon is not cold. No water heater at night. Restaurant was so hot and humid when had breakfast as they turned off the aircon. Lights in the restaurant so dimmed like pub not restaurant.
