Tanta Escape by Pramana Villas

The room that I get is far from below my expectations, the room is dirty from the bed sheets, furniture and even the floor, feels really dusty. Even got some newt droppings mark on the seat. The air conditioning is odd and hardly makes any difference between on and off. The pool is dirty, got some insects and spider web on it. Even the pricing is quite odd for services that I got. But the staff is very friendly, hope the management fix this issues quickly.

The place is attractive, but it clearly has seen better days. The bedroom was pleasant and well appointed. The rest of the property needs attention and care, though. The location is beautiful, once you arrive. Arriving is problematic. The road in is very narrow, muddy, and in places, slippery. There seems to be a problem between the hotel and the neighbor who owns the rice field directly in front. He deliberately played annoying music as loudly as possible while I was trying to eat breakfast. When I asked him, at first politely, to turn it down, he became rude and abusive. So, a place that could be lovely, but has problems that need to be fixed.

The resort is far from the crowd, and it is perfect for your hideaway. Just listen to the voice of the wind from the birdscare tools in the middle of the rice fields surrounding.

Lokasi sangat jauh, begitu tiba di villa kami mendapati lobby yang sangat kotor dan sofa tempat kami duduk ada beberapa kotoran cicak. Staff tidak memakai seragam dan melayani kami seadanya, ketika tiba di kamar. Kamar kami tidak dibersihkan dengan baik sampai kami harus meminta sapu sendiri ke staff villa untuk menyapu kemudian staff villa mengantarkan sapu untuk kami tapi tidak ada gerakan untuk memberi bantuan ke kami. Sampai ada staff kedua yang kemudian datang akhirnya tergerak membantu kami setelah sebelumnya pekerjaan hampir selesai, kamar kami lantainya berdebu dan tidak di pel kemudian ac nya tidak cukup dingin untuk memenuhi luas ruangan, kolam renang tidak dibersihkan dan harga makanan di villa ini menurut kami sangat tidak affordable. Staff villa sangat sedikit dan kami tidak terlayani dengan baik, main pool juga tidak bersihkan keseluruhan villa seperti tidak diperhatikan kebersihannya. Villa dan hotelnya seperti tidak memiliki kegiataan yang menarik untuk para tamu yang memilih menginap di sini.

Kamar ok. Tapi bagian kolam renang kotor dan ada bangkai biawak di kolam hahaha. Jalanan sangat kecil. Suasana nyaman karena pas di pinggir sawah.

Layanan sangat bagus, kamar bersih dan lingkungan asri.

Menginap 1 malam di villa with private pool. Kamar, fasilitas, sarapan, hospitality, pemandangan luar biasa. Rekomendasi banget.

Saya dan keluarga sangat menikmati menginap di sini, staff ramah juga sangat membantu, kamar bersih, rapih, bahkan dapat diskon jika berkunjung ke Alas Harum. Saran saya max check-in ketika masih ada matahari paling lambat jam 18.00 sudah di hotel. Terima kasih semua staff Thantha Serenity Resort, liburan kami menyenangkan
