Friendly staff

Outstanding experience. The owners were there and gave us everything we needed. The restaurant was excellent and the location can't be beat.

This property would berated a 2.5 star. The staff were great but everything is cheap in the room. My queen bed was made up of two cheap mattresses that were different heights. The single bed was cheap. Location is good very walkable town.

Lovely

Absolutely amazing staff from the minute we walked into the hotel. No elevator and we had very heavy bags so they delivered them to our door. We had to check out an hour before breakfast so they made us a fresh breakfast at 7:30am. Went to their bar and very friendly bartenders. Offered excellent suggestions for going around town. Parking was on street and super convenient. Hotel was very clean and looked recently updated. Definitely 5 star for us!

Kinsale lohnt einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt! Viele Gassen und Geschäfte, das Fort ist definitiv einen Besuch wert und man geht immer am Wasser entlang-traumhaft. Das Hotel ist klein, aber fein mit sehr guter Küche.

The hotel staff were so lovely, it was our favorite stop on a 8 day day trip to Ireland! We wished we’d had another night at this charming hotel!

Feels a bit of a budget hotel but charging for better. Uncomfortable bed. Good options for breakfast and friendly staff. Inadequate lighting in bathroom.

Room was clean and comfotable. Staff were friendly and the breakfast which was included in the price was the best I've ever had in Ireland.

Pros: Owners and restaurant servers were friendly and helpful. Location was good, close to town.Excellent food at the hotel restaurant. Cons: Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Noise. No elevator - had to drag our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs and staff to help (ages: 85, 79, 80, 68). Only 3 parking spots for entire hotel/restaurant and very little street parking available. Probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to friends.

The White Lady was really nice to stay at. The staff were really super nice and friendly. The service and food was very good and we walked from the hotel all over Kinsale.

Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The walk into town was close and easy. The breakfast was fast and delicious. Had a very good sleep here

Cute old property with basic rooms and wonderful pub/restaurant with fantastic food. Easy walk to all areas of Kenmare. Kenmare is a nice, clean small town.

Very nice stay. Comfortable room. Nice staff. Easy walking distance to everything.
