お部屋をアップグレードしてくれてジュニアスイートに宿泊。とても広くて素敵なお部屋だった。スパが充実していて、すごく気に入った。イタリアンホスピタリティを感じる、とても良いホテルだった。ホテルの周りはあまりなにもないので全てホテルで済ます覚悟で滞在することがおすすめ。

Interesting old palace hotel with very friendly front desk and spa staff. Great location for a quiet small town setting but a short and easy drive (or bus ride) to Pisa.

El spa wow

Amazing locations , this was my second time staying here. We celebrated our anniversary and felt so pampered and comfortable during our stay at Bagni Di Pisa . The breakfast in the morning is the best, the beds are so comfortable , and the rooms are absolutely beautiful.

Accueil et infrastructures parfaits

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée la première nuit était totalement inadaptée et quasi impropre à sa destinataion : pas d’eau chaude, climatisation défectueuse et horriblement bruyante sans moyen de l’arrêter, coffre fort HS. Nous avons été reloges très correctement pour la seconde nuit mais aucun geste sur la facture… je ne recommande pas

réservation de dernière minute pour un séjour de 2 jours que nous avons prolongé à 3. nous cherchions de la détente et nous avons été ravis. très bon accueil , l’utilisation des thermes nous a permis de nous détendre. 1 massage par jour avec de vrais professionnelles (ls). on reviendra pour en hiver. pour le restau privilégier le soir.

Me pareció que no es un hotel de 5 estrellas. El personal no es suficiente para los huéspedes, se siente un poco abandonado. El aire acondicionado fue insuficiente en mi habitación, hablamos a recepción pero solo nos dieron ciertas indicaciones que no ayudaron en mucho a mejorar el clima de la habitación. Es demasiado grande y pareciera todo un laberinto. Los muebles son muy viejos y descuidados. El restaurante es rico pero demasiado caro y porciones muy pequeñas. No lo recomiendo y me sentí un poco aprovechada por el precio que pagué por la habitacion.

Old hotel，the attitude is not so good when we check in but excellent when we checked out. AThe air conditioner did not work well. The temperature higher than 27 degree overall

The room was spacious and breakfast options were good. Having visited a thermal spa before arriving here the one at this hotel was far from underwhelming! The spa treatments were all also really pricey compared to other places so we opted not to use. Wouldn’t recommend this if you are visiting for the thermal spa element.

The property is beautiful and the staff were more than happy to help and facilitate our every needs. A male bar tender / waiter did let down the team by being short and rude but this did not affect our stay and it is not fair on the rest of the team who went over and above to please us. We stayed one night for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel spa pools are natural thermal pools and it is clear that when this hotel was refurbished, no expense was spared, we loved it albeit I can see why some reviews say it is tired but the quality of the fittings and finishes are top quality such as silk cushions in the bar area. The bar area serves drinks and cocktails how they should be served. The room, bathroom and other spa facilities such as the sauna, steam room, gym and treatment rooms etc were clean and in excellent condition and the spa staff were also excellent. The breakfast and dinner was also excellent. The evening dinner was fantastic, lots of traditional Tuscan food and wine and the concierge was also very helpful with the wine and menu!

The spa staff were wonderful and it was a great time. However, the hotel staff was challenging to deal with. When we checked in, we have been driving seven hours, so we had shorts and T-shirts on, and we were exhausted. I guess that didn’t play well with staff because they weren’t interested in explaining the property to us, etc. I guess if I had a suit on like the guy that was in front of me who received all of the hotel information, I might have had a better experience. We were not provided with a hotel Moore information about the property, so we didn’t know about the second thermal baths. Had we known, we would’ve relax there instead of relaxing in the room. Very snobby!
