Perfectly located, great staff and neat room with full kitchen equipment

Loved the property, location, especially all the staff. in room laundry, kitchenette and living area. It was perfect. We look forward to staying again on our next trip.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to Shibuya Station, but it’s surprisingly hard to find. Google Maps often led us on different routes, and even with directions from the hotel, it still took about double the time Google said it would to walk. If I remember correctly, you go through the pink Sakura building, take the elevator to the 3rd floor, go through a tunnel, and then turn to see the Hyatt House Shibuya sign pointing you in the right direction. The rooms are perfect for families, with a fully equipped kitchen and great functionality (100/100). However, our experience wasn’t entirely positive. When we first arrived, our room had a strong, unpleasant body odor. At first, we thought it might be coming from the hallway, but it was confined to our room. Even after spraying air freshener, the smell lingered. We reported the issue, and the hotel gave us an air purifier, but it didn’t help. We even tried leaving the oven fan on, but that didn’t improve the situation either. They offered to move us to another room, but since we were staying next to family members, we decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. On top of that, my sister found a toothpick next to her bed when she arrived.

My family and I had booked 3 rooms at the hotel. The room was very clean and nice. However, none of us were able to sleep through the night as all 3 rooms would make this quiet but high pitch tone and then the windows would make an extremely loud pop as if something was banging into the windows consistently. Likely the exterior contracting and what not? We ended up having to keep napping and sleeping throughout the day with our children and did nothing for the duration except order in food. Overall really nice property but does not make up for the inability to sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Out of all the places, it was the most comfortable and HUGE for a Tokyo hotel. Great for families with a stove and all supplies. Amazing service. Breakfast could have been better, and the dryer took forever to dry clothes, it was lacking that department. Otherwise, it was centrally located for shopping and eating. Would definitely stay here in the future.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. The staff was excellently accommodating and made us feel welcome. They took care of our every need. The room was perfect and comfortable! The location was perfect for everything we did. It was a great experience! Thank you so much!

Excelente hotel. Novo. Limpíssimo. Atendimento presto e muito cordial. Bem localizado (em Shibuya): perto do famoso cruzamento e ao lado da estação. Quarto com microondas, freezer, ferro e utensílios completos para cozinha. Pijama… Não há o que reclamar.

The breakfast experience is quite overpriced and a bit underwhelming. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars.

Greta location attached to Shibuya station. Many malls and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were perfect for a family, spacious and clean.

We highly enjoyed our time at Hyatt House. We stayed at three other hotels throughout our trip and this one was the best! The rooms are clean and new. We had views of the park. The staff were great (such as Rie and Reina) and if they didn’t know something, they looked it up. The hotel restaurant had great views and a great breakfast buffet. It was so close to the famous Shibuya crossing, just about 10 minutes walking. The area was new, which had its own pros and cons. The pros were that the area was so quiet it felt like this was our own corner of Tokyo, and it felt safe, there is even a park nearby. There is a grocery and pharmacy in the next building over and you can get to them and other restaurants and the train station all without crossing the street but via the walkways on the second and third floors. The cons is that it is still up and coming and I’m sure this is just a brief period before more businesses come in. There are also some limited choices for restaurants in the immediate area, which again, I’m sure will change soon. It’s hard for taxis or Ubers to find the hotel but the hotel has a webpage specifically for helping them get you directly to the door. Given that we stayed for a whole week, the kitchenette, the microwave, the fridge, the stove, and the laundry in-unit all came in handy. Also, love that the hotel slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, etc were all complimentary. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel!

Loved how clean, modern, quiet, spacious, and hotel offered a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, washer and dryer in the room along with a stove and other conveniences. The restaurant breakfast was delicious and offered an array of healthy breakfast fare! Location was great!

Great hotel on the quiet side of Shibuya station, washer:dryer and nepresso coffee maker were a plus. Very convenient location as it's close to the train and restaurants

Amazing hotel, great location l. Washer/dryer ensuite is a bonus. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its a home with all the hotel ammenities

Could have better taxi instructions, because GPS on many taxis have problem locate the exact location of the hotel with its address, always took me to Sakura Stage. And it would be helpful to have a sign to indicate taking the escalator down to the taxi stand on the ground floor at 2/F exit.

It’s a new hotel, the room was sparkling clean and quite spacious when compared to other hotels in Tokyo. It’s very close to Scramble Square It’s quite hard to find the hotel at first But, it’s very close to the JR station if you walk around and find the way

레지던스인데 너무 비싸다. 위치 안좋고, 택시기사가 주소로 호텔 못찾음. 조식 형편없고 직원 혼자 일하는데 비싼편..
