Grand Hallmark Hotel - Johor Bahruの宿泊ポリシーと＆般情報
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Deposit Policy
Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:30.
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
i. Refundable Deposit
Our hotel will collect a refundable deposit to guarantee incidentals during your stay with us.
ii. Check In / Out Timings
Check in time is at 2pm onwards and check out time is at 12.00 Noon sharp.
Extension of check out timing is subjected to availability and additional charges may apply.
iii. Minimum check-in age is age 18. Kindly contact hotel for late check-in & last-minute booking. For No Show, reservation will be forfeited and room will be released automatically.
iiii. Non Malaysia Citizen require to pay RM 10 Tourism Tax Per Room Night and this tax is not included in the voucher. Only Malaysia Citizens holding on to MyKad or Permenant Residents are exempted from this tax.
*Sahur will be served during Fasting Month.
