Bersih, nyaman dan dekat kemana-mana, mantap banget.

Not recommended for light sleeper. Very noisy during night. Thin wall you can easily hear door slam, moving chairs from upstair and many more.

Beautiful and interesting place. Quite comfortable atmosphere. As well as friendly employees.

The room was neat, the toilet clean, the TV function well with a lot of channel, the view was superb, breakfast was good with many choice, location in the mall made shopping easy. Keep up the good service.

The room was spacious. With 2 double bed. The aircond was excellent. Cold. Check in was fast.

Big room affordable price for only Rm158 per night include breakfast for two. Breakfast was so so, very limited choices. Room not so clean. Dust here and there. Ac work nicely. Very noisy sound from upstairs. But its ok both my son & daughter slept well. Location superb next to the palm mall. I was lucky because I can park my car once I got into the basement. The small refrigerator was so convenient, as I need to put my breast milk.

Hotel located in a Mall. Easy to find food and shopping. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Nice and spacious room. Varieties breakfast serves, good and tasty food. Late check out with no charges until 6 pm. Awesome!!!

I had a pleasant staycation at Palm Seremban Hotel. Spacious dan large bed (TWO beds). Pretty clean and satisfying breakfast... will return soon.

My husband got fever last time when we stayed at palm hotel. So he went back from his work to have a rest at room, while me have gone out for work and bring one room key. Then my husband arrived at the hotel and requested one more key (we stayed for 2 person, only one key given), but surprisingly, the receptionist said that they have out of room key and told my husband to wait until night. I always stayed at palm hotel when I outstation but several times facing issues with your receptionist like their face also so not friendly. Now I have change my fav hotel to other places because they also has upgraded their room and the price cheaper. Maybe I will recommend the other hotel to my company for outstation for long stay.

1.Kebersihan tandas kurang memuaskan. 2. Kad kunci pintu terlalu kurang. 1 kad tidak cukup untuk 2atau 3 orang. Tepaksa kongsi 1 kad untuk 3 orang. 3. Reception service kurang mesra 4. Siaran TV tidak brapa memuaskan 5. Berus gigi tidak di sedia kan dalam toilet dan pencukur. 6. Refreshment kurang memuaskan. Bayar bilik mahal, tapi dalam tak berapa memuaskan.

Good location with mall nearby. Hotel is clean and neat. Have the basic amenities.

Recommended stay and near with mall and restaurant. I stay in here for business.
