Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, unfreundlich

I want to be honest, this property is not a 4star hotel and the all inclusive package is not genuine! We paid for all inclusive, we phoned the hotel to confirm what our all inclusive package included and they said local alcohol list plus wine and beer. when we arrived they tried to charge us for the wine. Then we went to reception to ask what this mistake was and they said we are not all inclusive! I had terrible experience Agadir hotel the staff in the restaurant were extremely rude,this was my main issue as I have always experienced lovely people on holiday of nothing else. one morning I went for breakfast I was feeling quite poorly. I called to ask what time breakfast was going to finish and they said 10.30 so I went down for 10am and they said I was too late for eggs.I said okay and got myself other things.I went to sit down on a table and one waiter said I have to sit outside as they are clearing all the tables now (it's a massive restaurant with tables everywhere) I said I cannot eat outside as it's freezing and I'm not feeling well. He was arguing with me over it and then I went and sat on a small table in a corner. I saw other locals come in get there breakfast and sit in the middle tables and noone said anything to them . Another morning we went for breakfast they said it was to early for eggs.They were continuously rude and did not want to accommodate any kind customer service or good general holiday experience. The shower did not work properly!

Average stay. Booked sea view room but given pool view which played loud music till late evening. When i inquired about sea view room , been told hotel is fully booked. Pool was not heated.

The beach was excellent but could have done with toilets nearby and a bar for drinks. Pool was nice but needed to be heated as ice cold when swimming. Some staff nice in the restaurant near the pool but often closed early so no access to drinks after 5pm. There is a tip culture present at the hotel. Your level of service from staff is directly proportional to the amount you tip. No tip, very poor service with an accompanying scowl. Main restaurant okay for food but often the staff where quite ignorant and walked in front of guests to pick up food orders for tippers and left you standing there. Also closed the breakfast and removed food at 10.05 when it finished st 10.30am. Smoking is permitted everywhere in the hotel, especially the cocktail bar. For non-smokers, there is a disgusting permenant cigarette stench in the hallways of the hotel. Entertainment is limited in the evening. Singers in the cocktail bar. There is nothing for children to do, except breathe in second hand smoke. Plenty of things to do in Agadir. Beware though, conmen are everywhere and try to lead you astray or have a money making acheme.

Hotel old but clean. Staff treat all inclusive guest with contempt and getting any service at all requires essentially a bribe.

Wi fi fungerade inte vilket känns dåligt för ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Personalen verkade inte bry sig märkbart om det. Frukosten var inte bra, ingen frukt och knappt några pålägg. Kaffe från en automat. Rummen var rena och bra. Hotellet enormt stort och det tog en evighet att gå. Restaurangerna helt okej.

Hotel tres bien placé, plage, promenade, à proximité de tout (restaurants, petits commerces,... ) Chambre suffisamment spacieuse. Personnel toujours disponible, souriant, avenant,tres sympa : special remerciement a Omaima, Aziza, Rachid, Momo (Oasis), Hassan(international), Abdu (bar), les 2 plagistes. Les chambres meriteraient malgré tout un bon coup de rafraîchissement/renovation y compris les salles de bain. Wi-Fi inexistant en presque 3 semaines :vraiment dommage et necessaire de mettre a disposition Pas testé piscine

Worst bed EVER! We are young healthy people but after sleeping in their bed we could barely walk and had to spend money on meditation, the receptionist didnt really care. The breakfast is horrible, its old food and tasteless. You are not allowed to bring food from outside to the hotel. Most staff there are corrupt and work together in cheating people by charging over pieces for tours, making sure to quickly grab people's suitcases to "help", but its really just a way to get money. They say there's wifi but this is only in the reception and not in the rooms. Be aware that the rooms are poorly isolated so lots of noise from neighbors when they're flushing their toilets etc. The swimming pool is so dirty, its full of sand and dirt at the bottom. They make sure that the ATM is out of cash so people are forced to exchange cash for a higher rate at the hotel. The only positive to say is the cleaning staff are nice, clean well. But be aware of all the other staff, just looking for ways to get money.

Ett fint stort hotell med ett underbart poolområde. Personalen var väldigt service minded, läget utmärkt nära strand och 4 restauranger. Rummet ok, men sängarna var hårda, man vaknade med stel rygg, samt inget hotell för de som har något handikapp då det är mycket trappor, och hissen låg långt bort. Jo ett uselt wifi, fungerade i receptionen, man kom in då och då 1 minut med lite tur på övriga ställen.

The Hotel is of a good standard 3-4 star rating. However the Dining was less than expected, we went half board so breakfast and dinner were included but for dinner drinks were not part of the meal. Also the WiFi unless sitting in reception is virtually nonexistent. Apart from that a good Hotel

Rooms were a bit dated but completely functional and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice location on the beach with easy access to walks along promenade to marina.

Chambres spacieuses. Les salles de bain et toilettes meriteraient une remise au goût du jour mais restent correctes. Hôtel très bien placé. Le personnel est super. Le cadre jardin et piscine très agréable . La nourriture est bonne avec de la variété ( nous sommes restés 10 jours sans nous lasser).

really old hotel, fridge wasn’t working, the mattress also wasnt confortable. For over a 115 euros day rate - this is well over expensive - breaking was okay ish.

Is very old hotel needs renewal

Is old hotels rooms material very old swimming are not service all lunch et dinner service médiocre staff is ok in reception area is rapidly check in and check out so hotels is need repairs all commodity sorry for this my requirement

Au Maroc Free et beaucoup d autres opérateurs ne fonctionnent pas et le réseau wifi est une véritable catastrophe dans tout l hôtel C est une honte pour un grand hôtel Personnel du restaurant pas très gentil

Das Hotel ist seid 1990 erbaut worden.Und dem entsprechend sanierungsbedürftig.Alte Möbel,defekte Klimanlagen ,Schimmel im Bad und die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft.Mir wurden fünf Zimmer angeboten und alle mit defekter Klima .Nach einer Beschwerde beim Hotel Manager bekam ich erst ein Zimmer mit Klima.Aber die ersten drei Nächste waren unerträglich.Expadia Team versuchten mir für die drei Nächte eine Rückerstattung anzufordern,aber das Hotel lehnte es ab .Mit der Begründung das ich auf meine Reise Buchung bestand ,was aber nicht stimmt!!!Ich wurde von einen Security am Eingang angehalten,weil wir Wasser von außerhalb kauften.Wir könnten ja vom Hotel kaufen,laut seiner Aussage.Die 1,5 L Kostet im Hotel ca. 4.50 Euro.Ich war sehr überrascht über diese Preise .Der einzige Trost war dass das Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe war und der grōstteil des Personal war freundlich als auch das Frühstück war OK. Aber nie wider dieses Hotel.

Excellent séjour avec un personnel vraiment adorable. Nous reviendrons.
