I and my wife stayed four nights. There wer only one bath towel replace for two guests. I got down the front desk to get one bath towel. I didn't call to bring the one to my room, because in general it takes long time such as two hours or there is no service for ever! Then I went the front desk and told the staff about it. He said "I'll treat it, and in one or two hours the bath towel will be sent to you." I can't accept it. I told him "I'd like to have it here now." He replied "There are washcloths, so I'll give two washcloths instead of one bath towel." He gave me two washcloths, but they were actually two bath mats ! I didn't realized it and I passed them to my wife in my room, then she said that these were bath mats! I didn't get back to the front desk any more. The next day there were only one bath towel again. I got down to the front desk and told the story to the different staff. I told her "If the staff yesterday intentionally gave me two bath mats instead of two washcloths, he insulted me." She strongly denied it, of course. I replied her "I'd like to say it just only if situation, and I really believe him. I believe in god." She said she could bring bath towels in around five minutes, so you can wait them in your room. I replied I'd like to stay here and certainly get them. I waited there less than five minutes and got them from her. Nevertheless yesterday the male staff said it took one or two hours. Some of staff must work as a just side job.

デルフト駅の真横にあり、街中にもすぐに歩いて行けます。9階の角部屋からのデルフトの街並みの景色が最高でした。駅前からトラムで20分ほどで、デン・ハーグへも行けました。エレベーターに乗る時や部屋へ行く通路のドアはルームキーをタッチします。近くには、SPERのコンビニや、歩いて5,6分の街中にスーパーマーケットが2軒並んでいて便利です。レセプションが普通のホテルのようなデスクではなく、丸い円形テーブルになっていて分かりにくかったです。このホテルは、地元の学生寮と宿泊施設が一体になっています。デルフトでは10階建て高層ビルに値し、内部はとてもモダンで清潔で、部屋の天井も高く、コーヒーネスプレッソマシーンや電気ケトルも完備されています。冷蔵庫が無いのが残念でした。でも立地的にもお薦めです。

Our favorite place for our 2 week vacation. The place is great and the staff is awesome, they are all very helpful. Very clean, right in front of the main train station and walking distance to the historic center. Loved it

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean hotel with a nice and comfy hangout lounge. Great location right across the central station Delft. Everything except for the lobby and the room halls was a confusing grey concrete maze with yellow walls like The Backrooms. I really didn't like their aesthetic. Rental bikes from the hotel were 12€/day which was very helpful. Stay away from the ones with no handbrakes and gears. The seat hurt my friend so much we had to switch bikes so we could return to the hotel, very uncomfortable.

Era la seconda volta che alloggiavamo in questo hotel. Tutti molto gentili con Valerio molto disponibile. Consiglierei di stare più attenti al personale delle pulizie (società esterna). In generale tutto ok. Forse il bagno troppo piccolo o meglio la doccia molto grande e pochissimo spazio per il resto dei sanitari.
