外観、内装もきれいで問題はないのですが、壁や天井が薄いようで、隣の声、廊下の声、また、階上階の足音や床・柱に軋む音がうるさいですので、そうしたことに敏感な方には、お勧めできません。 また、モーテルと考えたほうがよく、車によるアクセス以外は無理ですので、その点も気を付けてください。 ただし、目の前にある公園は、ラグビー練習場になっており、かなり広々として、NZの気分を味わうには最高です。

壁や天上が薄くて、うるさいです。

オークランド空港に近くのレンタカー会社に帰国日に車を返却する事を考えて選択しました。駐車場は敷地内で無料です。早朝５時前にチェックアウトしましたがフロントは２４時間日ちが居ますので問題は有りませんでした。 部屋は清潔でした。ただ他の部屋を含めて周辺の音は比較的聞こえる方だと思いますので気になる人は避ける方が良いかもしれません。当日はアジアの大国の団体の宿泊があり遅くまでザワザワしていましたが私は問題なく寝ました。 プールとジャグジーがありジャグジーを利用しました。パソコンも２台あり自由に利用できます。

前日に予約して、２人で8,000円強という、手軽さはいいが、部屋は安普請を厚化粧で誤魔化した感がある。 当方のように早朝のフライト用に寝るだけ、という用途ならありか。よく寝られなかったけど。でもタクシーも50ドルしたし、総合的に評価して『後悔』とする。

階段しかないので、荷物の上げ下げが大変です。頼めばフロントの人があげてくれるのですが、帰りは自力なので女性にはキツイかも。清潔さは標準的なNZクオリティ。プールサイドレストランなどはお洒落で素敵なホテル。従業員がとても明るく親切なところが高評価です。

木造なので、音が響く

Staff were friendly and helpful. Tv signal very poor. Don’t stay there if you are wanting a sleep in as it was very noisy around 7:30am in the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

The Staff at this Hotel were great and have no issues. But the hotel needs a refurbishment and tidied up. Poolside was untidy, wet towels, rubbish, cleaning equipment lying all around the side. Reception and front doors look spectacular, but the once behind that the property is very tired and worn out. It would not take a lot of money to spruce up the property. Outside the room window had old rags and clothes lying in the long grass. Breakfast was very nice, but pricey. Coffee was a extra cost which was disappointing. Was very disappointed that the pool was off limits to guests as there was a private function. Room was adequate to our needs but could have been so much better. Missing window latches, cupboard door nearly falling off in bathroom, shower grotty as silicone is marked. Not sure if we would stay again.

Clean, reasonably priced, friendly staff. Recommended.

Okay service

Second time staying here and the property, while the facilities are dated (which can't be helped), is a great stay at a super cheap price. Service is absolutely amazing and we choose this place because of the service.

This was a surprise. Whilst it looks like its from the 1980s (but well kept) it was quite fresh and modern within the rooms. Free parking onsite. Bed medium firm (yeh!). Free WiFi. Aircon. Large clean and fresh ensuite. No noise from adjacent rooms/hallway. Just up the road from many fast food venues (not walkable). Not walkable to a train station. Venue was quiet. Restaurant onsite. Very good value for money. Would stay again. Love the staff - very professional and friendly, super helpful.

You get what you pay for

Great place to stay and with the restaurant it made it easy

Location is good , but no elevator in hotel we dragged our two bags each 23 kg ground floor to first floor and then second .Room we got was very noisy.staff is good and room was clean

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were tidy - had a cooked breakfast which was great -recommend staying here.

Property is old and room was too small and condition was not good. Bed was really bad they made double bed with two single beds that made uncomfortable in sleeping and beds need to be changed. Paid $117 not worth it. had good experience in other motels they charge way less and had good rooms and bed.

We found that this place was pretty rundown and in our room it had things like a towel rail almost falling off the wall. Also, the shower mixer was backwards and if you tried to turn it towards the hot side, it got colder and if you turned it to cold side, it got hotter. It was also loud with a lot of creaking noises from above and our room was near the pool area and there was music playing pretty much the whole time too.

Good property and value for money.

Cheap accommodation, but that goes with the price. Its not fancy, you can hear other guests walking around, showering, opening and closing doors. The photos look much better than in person. Overall, our stay was okay, but i dont think we'll be going back.
