Had the worst stay experience ever. First, we came and the guard did not guide us where the parking is, so we have to roam around and finally he assisted us where the parking is. When we came in at the lobby, we shown our reservation and it took almost 30mins or so for us to be given our accommodation. At the room, we don't have remote for TV, no telephone connection, poorest wifi connection and the aircon bangs to loud. So my partner went to the lobby and reported our concerns. For the TV, we are asked just to use the buttons on the TV itself. Hassle to select channels when already in bed. For the telephone, we are given a mobile number for us to call, and we don't have load, lol. He tried to just place our food orders on the lady but did not accommodate him. For the aircon, they say 20mins cooling down for it to be quiet. We tried to endure the sound and it never disappear. But 3am in the morning, it made the loudest sound so we have to call again and seek help. But guess what, they just told us that all aircons are like that. So we opted to turn it off since we are never accommodated well. Worst ever. The lady in the front desk never get nice to us.
