Clean and convenient location.

Overall, our one day stay was excellent…room was clean, breakfast was good and everyone was friendly, helpful, polite and very nice. I wish however the room had a window and wet floor was contained in the shower stall only when showering and not all over.

Close to city.

Staff are nice and my room was clean except it’s so tiny and no windows. Aside from everything was ok

I needed a hotel last minute in Cagayan de Oro so I booked here. I was happy with my stay! The staff was very friendly and the rooms are clean.

The staff is very accommodating, friendly and informative. The room and common areas are very clean and the Cafe had good food that was served at the requested time.

The property was reasonable priced, very comfortable, accomodating staff, immaculate rooms ( I booked two rooms), and accessible to shopping and restaurants.

Liked: Very clean room, good sheets, strong AC, good wifi, staff is very helpful and professional. Disliked: Water goes everywhere when you shower - makes a mess with the bathmats.

Yummy breakfast

The place offers peace & quiet at night. Building structure though does not offer any window and the room wa quite small. My main concern was my safety, especially the tiled floor that gets very slippery when you take a shower. Bathroom wall was glass; no handle bars provided to hold on to prevent a slip & fall. Further in case if a fall and glass wall breaks, it can create sharp points that can stab anyone. Water seeps into the room from the glass sliding door. The hotel is nicely located, very close to the 'old' center of city. Its price was reasonable. Food prep needs improvement, its quality average.

Front desk was accommodating. The double standard bed posted which we chose, for the price we paid turned out to be a suite. So I was given a more spacious room than the 1 queen bed I booked before though not a suite. Double standard bed and queen have the same price, btw.

Staff were accommodating and friendly to their guests. The room was so cleaned and the ambiance was so perfect to relax. Foods were okay and the prices are affordable. The location of the hotel was so fantastic surrounded with lots of fast foods, drugstores , banks and accessible to any point of CDO you've want to go.

Triple room but you have to pay extra for the 3rd person? Toilet division from the room should not be glass because when you wake up and use the toilet in the middle of the night your companion will be disturb

Stay was very good. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The only setback was the floor of the shower area of Room 3A. The floor level is not well done so the water gathers in one area and does not drain right away. So when taking a shower, your feet will end up getting wet with the dirty water that's supposed to run off the drain. Other than that, my stay was very good!

The place has good location. Its near to banks, church, restaurants, Ayala Mall and other business locations. Its clean,comfortable and Im glad it has Smart TV & NETFLIX. It also has a gym just beside the hotel.

I really wanted to give them a higher rating just based on how nice the staff was. To start, the website said it had a shuttle from CdO, it does not, add 900 pesos taxi each way, on a four day trip, you could easily have a nice dinner every night on that amount. The property was new but the rooms were miniature, the construction was cheap and the completely glass bathroom was downright dangerous. I have stay in CdO six times over twenty years, again wonderful staff, huge disappointment, I will not be back here again.
