地域的にキレイな地域です。徒歩で韓国料理のレストランが多いです。新と旧のビルディングがあり、予約の情報では、どちらなのかわかりません。タクシーでホテルへ行く時、注意したほうが良いです。私は間違いました。

カジノが併設されているのでよい。

コスパいい。また泊まりたい。

カジノの 運営時間が、朝5時から7時くらいまでメンテナンスのためにスロットが一斉に使えなくなるのが残念。

クラーク経済特別区にあるので、品があり、静かで安全です。

基地内にあり、トライシクルが入れないので移動が不便。

家族旅行で宿泊しました。アンへレス、SMモールまでは少し距離があり、車がないと不便かも。立地は静かな所です、金曜日の夜はカジノ客が多いですね、部屋は綺麗でしたが、アメニティはリクエストしないと持って来なかった、毎日のチェックはしないのかな? 基本的には良かったです。

Location was great, I stayed in older unit which was very spacious, clean and suitable for my needs. I appreciated the accessibility to the additional dining facilities and Casino via golf cart transport

Expensive breakfast buffet, they charge full price for kids. Stay away from this hotel.

We like the accessibility and location Although it ddnt meet our expectations as one of the expensive hotels in clark. We had to asked to change the bedsheet coz it had stain, we had to call for toilet tissues coz no back and the quality was not good very thin, servers from breakfast were slow even if theres more staffs and we had to asked a server to changed the knives and cups from a used table. Need to improve training especially regarding sanitation and cross contamination. Ac from our room was noisy like rain dtops to a tin roof. Bathroom not pleasant odor and with some mold on the caulking. It was an okay stay. Hope theyll improve.

I recently stayed at Royce hotel with my family, and overall, we enjoyed our visit. The staff were courteous, the facilities were clean, and the location was very convenient. However, I would like to share feedback regarding the breakfast pricing policy. During our stay, my 8-year-old daughter was charged the full adult breakfast price. I was surprised by this, as many hotels typically offer a reduced rate for children or complimentary breakfast for younger guests. While I understand each property has its own policy, this is a nickel and dime approach to customers. It’s very low standard for a new I recently stayed at your hotel from [dates of stay] with my family, and overall, we enjoyed our visit. Be careful which Royce you book, as the photos can be misleading. We ended up at the old hotel which was falling into disrepair. The rooms aren't nearly as nice as the pictures display. That being said, the staff was very nice and the beds were very comfy. The real asset of the hotel though is the breakfast buffet. It's arguably one of the nicest in the area that comes with a great selection.

The hotel offers airport shuttle but with a prize. The condition of the room shows the age. Considering theres a newly built beside it, should still be need maintenance..

Not happy with our stay in this hotel. The staff at the checkout counter was very rude. She made us wait for nothing when we were checking out. She told us to wait for a few minutes then entertain another couple who were also checking out. We waited for a few minutes then approached her if we are good to go and she said yes. Don’t understand why she made us wait for nothing but entertained another couple.

The staff always went above and beyond. I will always stay here visiting Mabalacat.

Over priced buffet not well train staff food is cold!
