I arrived at this lodging rather exhausted after the long flight, then they said I had to move to another hotel for they had leaking in the room. They said it was not their fault, the problem of the building. Anyway it was quite unpleasant to change the plan. It was raining and I had to pay for the taxi. I was thinking of having supper in the room but the lodging that theyhad booked for me was an ordinary hotel and though the price was same I would not pay that price for an ordinary hotel room. I booked this accommodation for it’s near to the train station(I was going to take the train very early next morning) but of course the new hotel was far farther from the station. I can understand their situation and the staff was not very unkind though it was a big disappointment!

A cute modern and spacious place held back by 1) Incredibly noisy surrounds, especially at night 2) Shower is lukewarm and yet still sets off the "fire alarm" almost every time.

Very nice secure property right off George square. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very roomy and clean. Recommended

A spacious apartment located in a good central position. A little bit tired - for example the shower head would not remain in its fitting which was half off the wall - but perfectly adequate for a few days visit

Need to check the soap dispenser in the shower of 601. Couldn’t get it to work. Used the dispenser in the sink.

Great value and great location.

I loved the access and spaciousness of the 1- bedroom apartment. Management was very helpful. We did have an issue with the heat not working and were told the maintenance person would fix this. Never heard from anyone. Location was fabulous. Across the square train and bus stations. Quick taxi service from their office area. Minutes was all it took for a taxi to arrive.

In the plus column. Great area for shopping, dining and site seeing. The staff was friendly and quick to respond. Plenty of space to stretch out with a well equipped kitchen. In the negative column, both blinds in living area and bedroom were broken, so we couldn’t open them. The Nespresso machine was broken. The bathroom was out of shampoo and the tub stop was broken. I didn’t report any of this issues, I probably should have when I was there. We were just there overnight. Room 105. The room was clean. It needed some repairs though.

Convenient location, clean and spacious apartment.

Great location. We had an inside double room. No window to the outdoors(we had light wells)so it was dark. The room was very warm which made for an uncomfortable sleep. If you stay here ask for a room that has exterior windows. One of our party had an exterior room and it was lovely.

The property is too difficult to find and parking is 1/2 mile away. I don’t believe I would choose to stay there again.

For anyone who wants to be in the middle of it all, premier suites on queen street is perfect. It’s right around the corner from George Square, and an easy walk to shopping, plenty of restaurants, two train stations, and the Hop On Hop Off bus stop. The suite is exactly as advertised and pictured. The kitchen facilities are a big plus, even if you don’t end up cooking full meals there. Very light, bright living space thanks to the huge windows. There’s plenty of space to spread out. Very helpful and cheerful staff. I fully recommend.

Great location. Not a big deal, but note that the parking garage is located a few blocks away. No place to stop the car and drop off luggage in front of this property. So be prepared to carry/pull luggage several blocks from the parking garage to the building.

“Great price for a suite!”, was my first thought, but you do get what you pay for. Easily walkable between two main train stations, this “hotel” is in a convenient location. Although difficult to initially find because of its one small sign and access-requested button. After entering into an office hallway, we finally found the “reception” (which was a sad bench and a beaten-up podium randomly placed in the hallway) where we were helped by very friendly staff (onsite only between 9to5). The living room was sparse but at least the kitchen had all basic needs. The bedroom had a queen bed which was too large for the room and the door would not open fully and consistently hit the bed (a fire code violation?) and we constantly had to turn sideways to enter the room. The bathroom had a very high tub to climb over in which to shower (dangerous for someone with balance issues). The small sink area with no storage or hooks was definitely created for a single-user, not a couple. In summary, the staff were the best part about the visit. They were great. But this is a short-stay apartment, this is not hotel. No amenities - you are on your own. If that is what you are looking for - great. But for me (someone who prefers service and who is a lite sleeper) it did not feel „premiere“, nor did it feel „suite (sweet)“. It was just a place to crash for a few nights.

Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately our suite had issues that required us calling on maintenance. The water was, for some reason, turned off. There had been some sort of spill in one of the bedrooms that they were using a fan on the carpet for, which had a nasty smell to it. Not supposed to use the balconies based on a Glasgow safety issue but couldn’t lock the doors to the balconies without the help of maintenance, which struck us as weird. Other little things like holes in some towels, loose things (Kleenex box and a decorative knob), fudge hadn’t been turned on, and the latch inside the front door didn’t work well. Location was great though, and had nice views. Really close to Queens and convenient.

Close to attractions. Staff helpful and friendly.

Loud on Queen Street because of the pubs, otherwise we LOVED our apartment. Very spacious!
