Room was not up to standards, fridge in the room was faulty and not functioning well, unable to chill any drinks. Also, the service was extremely slow, asking for something as simple as wine glasses took as long as 20-30 minutes wait. Room was not entirely clean, this was another huge issue. And honestly if I'm paying for Premium Executive I would hope I am getting a room worthy of that title, not another normal Queen sized bed room with a fancy name that costs significantly higher than normal Executive or King rooms. I also paid for breakfast, in which I was told was a set style breakfast instead of a buffet style breakfast, this is wholly unsatisfactory, we finally have buffets back and the hotel is skimping away on buffet breakfasts for their patrons? Are you kidding me, do better please!
