Nice hotel, good ambience, staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. I will definitely come back to stat at this hotel

I stayed in the hotel for new year's eve, booked the smallest room on the list (I guess), but you know what, even the smallest room is so sophisticated! This hotel has a futuristic theme and I love it! Only tried the coffee, it's easy with reasonable price. I was visiting Singapore with my 65 yo Mom and the location helped us a lot due to the MRT which is just across the hotel. Really recommend you all to choose this hotel!

It was a very nice hotel, clean, spaciousness, minimalis they think abaut the room function very good. There are 2 malls opposite it, but because its holiday time, it was still empty. The Location its far from City, but we still can explore by mrt.

The hotel facilities are good but the receptionists were not friendly at all. They rarely smile (only 1 girl when check in did), when I returned keys for check out they just said OK and then went back to their story. When we asked something they just answered very short with a cold face. We felt pretty unwelcome so shall not come back again. Not just mentioned they said they would do room cleaning after 3 days, but it was just very briefly, they didn't change bedsheet.

Quite practical and no-fuss, and the location is quite ideal if you have concert/show to watch in Star Theatre as it is only 10mins walk.

Wow! I just had the most amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt right at home. And the rooms? They were absolutely fantastic! I loved all the amenities, especially the shampoo and conditioner. My hair has never felt so smooth! And the shower gel was so gentle on my skin, it 's like a spa experience. But wait, there 's more! The hotel 's facilities are top-notch. Every floor has a mini pantry, refrigerator, and microwave. And guess what? If you need an iron, it 's right there in the pantry! Talk about convenience. Oh, and did I mention that every room has a hairdryer and a USB slot to charge your devices? Plus, there are washing machines and dryers available for your clothes. Yes, there 's a charge, but trust me, it 's worth it. You can have clean clothes and wear them right away! And let 's not forget about the location. The hotel is right in front of the One North MRT station, which makes it super easy to get around. Plus, there 's a Subway and a 7-Eleven nearby. You can take the Circle Line MRT or a bus to go anywhere you want. Overall, I give this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay.

The hotel is not in the city center, but it 's just next door with the MRT station which is very convenient as there're lots of restaurants too there. The room was clean even tho it 's a bit packed for 2 people and seems like they don't have twin bed even I alrd asked them to confirm in advance. I found the staff was not so friendly, no smiling at all when I need to drop my bags before check in time. However I love the hotel and it 's surrounding which is very quite and peaceful.

Staff was very friendly, smooth for check-in and check-out process. Great location, the MRT station just across the street.

It's good for those stay longer time as the hotel has shared kitchen with complete utensils and electronic appliances (rice cooker, oven, toaster, refrigerator, etc). They also sell pre-cook food where you can just buy and cook at shared kitchen. They also have self-service laundry. The room is small, but it's sufficient for those staying alone. It's very convenient with public transport and it's just opposite the MRT one north station.
