Beautiful grounds.

Loved the Joesan traditional vibes!

It was a fantastic experience, loved the view of the hallabong orchard! We chose the futon rooms because we're used to sleeping on hard surfaces, but if you're not used to it then just pick the one with the bed. Easy access to the city center if you have a car and lots of local dining options, just go out before 7 pm as most restaurants would start closing by 8. You can also borrow a hanbok for free from the reception and take pictures around the property. The staff are nice and friendly but cannot speak English, so they'll try their best to communicate with you as much as possible. A for effort!

The main building doing renovation during our stay, we stay in a Hanok a house by it own, specially well maintained. The mattress a bit thin maybe because Spring season so that we will not feel too hot. Inside the Hanok we don't even need to on Aircon cos the temperature outside is like 20-19c just open the windows cool wind so nice. Best point is free rental of Habok to wear for photo shoot with the beautiful landscape and Hanok.

The elders managing the front desk are so helpful and kind to us. Be respectful to them since they put lots of effort to learn English, ask yourself how much Korean you can speak. Encourage them to speak English, it is good for them to grow their business. Let them finish their sentences with a smile.

What a beautiful place! The room was pristine and lovely in its simplicity. The landscaping was attractive and peaceful. Highly recommend.

The building is very beautiful with Korean style, they even offer free traditional Korean Clothes for rental (pity that it is raining outside so not for rental). The staffs are very supportive and they recommended nearby restaurants for us.

Sehr schöne traditionelle Unterkunft

Unique experience and stay at Hallagung Hotel. Was just in time to see the blooming of the cherry blossoms.

The compound was so beautiful. We are rarely in awe with our hotels, but Hallagung really blew us away. We stayed in a 2nd floor room and wake up to the beautiful view of the coast from far. The traditional architecture really helped enrich our Korean experience. The staff was also so helpful, able to converse in chinese. We needed a cab in very early hours, the owner woke up very early (even when their front desk was closed) to help us call for cab as there was no pre-booking cab service. It is walking distance a few nice cafes and a convenience store. The nearest bus stop does not have many services, but a short walk will bring you to more services.

Was not like the pictures and I was not able to stay there. Immediately left for another places to stay. Was told I was not able to get a refund but still was better than to stay there.

조용해서 너무 좋았구요. 정원도 너무 예쁘고. 우리전통한옥구조다 보니 보는 즐거움도 컸어요

입실하니 방안 여기저기 죽은 커다란 벌레들이... ㅠㅠ

Wery good hotel. Traditional hanok style.

전통적인 한옥호텔을 예상하고 갔으나, 4층 건물을 개조해 만든 한옥호텔로 가서 엘리베이터가 없어서 고생했습니다. 독채를 빼고는 한옥느낌에 실망스럽네요.. 하지만 뜨끈한 온돌 느낌으로 보일러는 빵빵해서 몸을 지지고 왔습니다. 그래도 전망은 좋습니다.

한번쯤은 이용해볼 만한 숙소

가족여행으로 머물렀는데 넘 좋았어요 다음에도 방문하고 싶어요^^

여긴 호텔이라고하기도 좀 그러네요.. 모텔같은 느낌. 프론트도 식당옆에 붙어있고 4층인데 엘레베이터도없고 방에들어가는 문도 진짜 특이한 구조.. 신발벗는곳은 옆방이랑 판데기하나 가운데놔서 소리가 다들리고 옆에는 보일러실인지 거기도 판데기 하나로 가려놨고. 방도 뭔가 고즈넉한 그런 느낌 기대했는데 그냥 올드한 모텔느낌.. 뷰는 좋아요.. 단독건물은 잘모르겠네요 4층건물 기준이어서. 솔직히 15만원돈내고 하루묵기는 너무나 아까웠습니다. 리뷰는 남겨본적이 없으나 너무 별로어서 남겨요..

한라궁호텔 위치도 좋고, 한옥정원도 잘 꾸며져있습니다. 넓은 창으로 보는 제주도 바다뷰도 너무 좋아요. 엘레베이터가 없는건 단점이지만, 다른 장점들이 더 좋아서 재방문 의사 있습니다. 서귀포 관광하실 계획이면 한라궁호텔 추천합니다.
