It was totally pleasant stay for us (we're a Japanese couple in the middle of 20th.)
Swimming pool was amazing, great breakfast :)
Before we stayed, we were a little worried because of the cheap price but don't worry.
You'll be happy :)
The location is not close to Karon Beach. However, we can walk to get there and even you can take free shuttle bus from the accommodation to the beach twice a day!

Beautiful and quiet hotel area, but still very close to good restaurants, massage, 7Eleven, laundry, wine shop! Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back again. Pool access from every room, nice breakfast etc...

The other 4 swimming pools with all Pool Access rooms at Green wing, Blue wing and all services facilities are provide for our valuable guests as usual

大人家族3名で宿泊しました。初プーケットだったので、プーケットに多いプールアクセスタイプを体験してみようかなと、こちらを予約していました。お部屋の位置によってはイマイチの所もあるようですが、私たちの位置は特に不満ではありませんでした。雨季だったのにとても良い天気でプール日和だったので、プールアクセスの部屋にした甲斐がありました。このホテルはカロンビーチが近いですが、私たちは他のビーチの様子も知りたかったので、ここは一泊だけでした。スタッフは
皆さんフレンドリーでそれぞれがいろいろとベストを尽くしてくれていました。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらい、ビーチ方面へ行ってみました。ショートカットルートがわかりづらくて結局他のホテルの敷地内を通過させてもらったりしました。ビーチ沿いに行けば土産店やレストランなどたくさんありますが、ホテル付近にも小売店やレストランはあるし、パトンエリアへもタクシーで10分くらいだし、何日か滞在してもそれなりには楽しめる立地かなとは思います。
リゾートホテルにしては規模もこじんまりしていて豪華さやラグジュアリー感があるホテルではありませんが、天気が良くてプールに入って上がってすぐゴロゴロ出来てまた暑くなってきたら入って体を冷やして、、という非日常をリーズナブルに体験するには良いかと思います。

窓開ければすぐプール
泳いだらするには狭いがゆっくりするにはいいでしょう！
ただ市街から少し離れてるのでバイク等がないと食事に買い物、海への移動は少し大変です

酷評は好みませんが、参考までに。
立地としてわずかな飲食店は有りますが、便利な場所ではありません。
ビーチに行かれるならバイクが必要です。
部屋も可もなく不可もなく冷蔵庫が小さいです。
スタッフが不愛想です。
こちらから挨拶をしないと応答なし。
不快です。
プールはバルコニーからアクセスできますが、浅く大人が遊ぶには物足りないですし、プールバーも営業していますん。
おまけにタイルがあちらこちら剥がれ、指を3本切り出血まみれです。
率直な感想です。
次は宿泊しません。

ビーチやレストラン街には15ー20分歩く必要が有り不便ですが、各部屋から直接運河の様なプールに入れ、ホテル内で過ごすには大変快適。朝食のバフェットも美味しい。ただ、蚊が多いので対策が必要です。

It was generally good. The food was a bit of an disappointment. Fruits and salads at the breakfast were not fresh. Cereal options were poor. Juices did not look fresh either.
The location is okay - it does take over 20 mins to the beach on foot. But obviously cheaper for the space quality than those on the beach.
Staff were efficient when I had a minor injury to provide first aid and arranged a visit to the clinic. Also the manager was kind and accommodating when I requested to change the room.

Simply, this room should not have been sold to us and should have been blocked for scheduled renovation works. After a difficult few years we paid extra for a pool villa for the peace and privacy. The first few days were pleasant until it became apparent that all rooms either side were being painted and renovated. The smell of paint was initially a minor inconvenience, then any peace was shattered when the builders moved in resulting in the room being uninhabitable between 9-5pm each day. The noise from various power tools together with the smell of construction adhesives, paint and workers smoking under the shared verandah made it unpleasant to use the courtyard. We could not operate the air conditioning during the day as it pulled the chemical smells into the room. We had no option other than to leave the room until work finished around 5pm each day. Resort staff were lovely, but we firmly blame resort management for not blocking this one room off when extensive renovations had been scheduled.

The property is amazing. Have stayed before and will again in a heartbeat. the staff are all so friendly and accomodating and cant do enough for you. If budget allows stay in a private pool villa. So peacful and great to be able to have your own private pool when you want a bit of alone time.

Access hotel enjoys a undeserved high rating, perhaps it was in a better shape before Covid. The staff is very nice and helpful though and they deserve credit for that. However, the hotel itself was disappointing. To start with the room was not entirely clean and it was pee on the toilet seat upon arrival. Secondly, the pool access is a nice concept but the pool was not clean. Could not see more than 2m even with swim glasses. Moreover, there was absolutely no pressure in the shower - was just dripping. This was partly fixed after complaining but still not satisfactory. Finally, no Covid precautions were taken during breakfast, like hand sanitizer or gloves like in other hotel breakfasts in Thailand during this special time. All in all, hotel is not well maintained.
