Room was clean upon arrival, but daily housekeeping was substandard. No replenishment of TP, coffee products. Left a tip and a note, but request was ignored.

Updated, very clean and comfortable

This is the only place to stay closest to my relatives in the area. Check-in and check-out is super easy. There is a nice well-lit lobby area with tables and coffee available. The laundry room is also bright and well maintained, with vending machines for last minute snacks/drinks. The room was thankfully warm during our stay while it was less than 20 degrees in the mornings. I believe the beds must be new… nice firm memory foam, similar to a tempurpedic. There is a small table with two chairs, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toiletries in the bathroom. It is a motel so there was a door out to our car in the parking lot and that was convenient for loading/unloading. We had a tiny patio with chairs/table. Overall I was happy with our stay and I’m sure we’ll be back. I think the only feedback is maybe an extra blanket in the closet would be nice, and knowing garbage pickup is on Monday mornings (very loud early in the morning).

I was really taken back by how nice this place was. The work that they have put in to turn this place around and the work into making the rooms really nice is astounding! Highly recommend rooms here!

Accommodations adequate. Clean. Staff was exceptional, went above and beyond for me and I saw them do it for others as well.

Located 120 feet from a scrap metal yard that's open at 7AM, 7 days a week. Also, NO HOT WATER! The only reason I'm even writing this is because when we were checking out, I mentioned the lack of hot water and guess what? The desk clerk couldn't muster up the customer service skills to just say "I'm sorry." Okay so yeah, the properties clean, renovated, comfortable bed, lovely landscaping but, the photos of the place don't show the whole picture. It's located behind a strip mall and a shuttered restaurant, right next to a really noisy (for 8AM on a Sunday morning) scrap metal recycling center. Lets say you go down the shore in the off season, and think it's going to be quiet, relaxing, maybe you'll sleep late on Sunday? That ain't gonna happen here. On the other hand, if you're the kind of person/family that's up early, ready to take in all the area has to offer and won't spend much time in your room, this will be fine for you. Unless of course you appreciate the luxury of a hot shower... The bottom line? This place could be "The Ritz Carlton," and it'd still be right next to a scrap yard and have no hot water.

It was clean, newish on inside. Beds were not comfortable, and pillows were hard. The shampoo, etc, was good. Happy to get a makeup removal cloth. Neighborhood not the greatest, no restaurants around. Not worth 5 stars.

It’s a very clean hotel and the location is great for beach and food

Noisy neighbor with the TV on loudly all night. No one around to ask for help after about 1am. HVAC a little loud kicking on so had to leave it off. Thankfully not too cold out. Good deal for an average property.

Very clean and friendly staff. The rooms are updated but need some maintenance. We would have considered rating it at a 5 but the room lacks outlets, the shower handle was weird and they use glad plug ins in every outlet in the hallway so the smell was so strong it made my eyes tear. It was overpriced for off season stay
