Just came back from Boston ( now in London U.K.). The staffs are all professional and very friendly which we felt welcoming . The concierge and the driver Dave are always there for you whenever you have questions and give you some tips of places you should go . We stayed in 1501 which is absolutely spectacular. You can enjoy both city and partial harbour view and VERY spacious room. The room was sparkly clean and bottle of waters are always available and you can ask for more whenever you want ! I was amazed by how equipped the gym was ( usually I do floor exercise so I was pleased by the equipments ). The only downside was when I ordered in-room breakfast , I was given a used mustard .... in such flu season ...I called the room service and they were shocked that I got used mustard ( didn’t believed me at first . ). The ketchup and the Jam were all brand new . All in all I would definitely stay in Boston harbour again because I enjoyed having good chat with the concierge and the room was spectacular . Thank you !

ボストンという都心でありながら、ダウンタウンとは一味違うハーバーリゾートを満喫できました。１階のレストラン・シーグリルはテラス席もあり、ガイドブックでもロブスターなどシーフードの美味しい店として紹介されていただけあって、大変美味しく、夕食、朝食では何度も利用しました。ホテルの部屋は高級感のあるとても清潔な環境でした。今回は二度目の利用でしたが、また是非来てみたいホテルです。

母を連れて、家族（夫、娘）の旅行でした。部屋を隣り合わせにお願いしていましたが、同じ階ではあるものの、通路の端と端の離れた部屋となったことが残念でした。
レストランの受付の人の対応はいまいちで残念でしたが、テーブル担当のウェイターさんはサービスも良く、食事もおいしかったです。

We had the best time staying at this hotel over the weekend. The location was perfect for walking around, exploring and grabbing a bite/drink. The amenities were top-notch - we really enjoyed the gym/steam room/sauna as well as the golf simulator. Housekeeping was very attentive and our room was always so clean. Will need to come back once the renovation on the pool is done!

When I booked the room on Expedia, there was no explanation what view was outside, however the photos showed river views out of the window, I paid so high price while though it was a riverside room, but while checked in I was told no river views room available…. Then my room had something humming so hard that I couldn’t sleep any, so I had to request change room during 1:30 in the midnight! So exhausted stay……A 5 star hotel should keep there rooms in a good condition and do checking work everyday so that problematic rooms are not distributed to guests!

I vacation all over usa from keywest,Miami,Orlando,New York. The service you get from Boston Harbor hotel is unmatched! 5 star hotel with 5 star Service from beginning til the end. The employees there are happy & always ready to assist you making you feel welcomed like at home. We stayed for New Year’s Eve it was lovely.

Just a beautiful, very comfortable (including beds and room slippers) and beautifully restored hotel. A picture of plush and elegance. Loved the new “water” in cans, delicious and no plastic to fill landfills and oceans. All staff was just as nice as they could be, without exception. Hope to go back again next Christmas season.
