Very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going again in the summer to try out the outdoor pools and splash pad.

We liked thatbit was kid based and kid friendly. Location was convenient to dining and shopping and the lancaster convention center for an event we had. The breakfast buffett was good on sunday. The only complaint i have was the waitress never checked on us and when we were ready to leave to pay she had disappeared and they had to track her down so we could be checked out for breakfast. But other than that an amazing experience and we will definitely be back when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy all the amenities with the outside pool and waterpad and slide.

It’s like a Motel 6 was here, and Cartoon Network just bought it and painted their characters over it lol.

Loved that they provided things to entertain the kiddos.

My daughter had a blast at the arcade and shopping at the store on site the staff were very friendly and helpful overall a good stay

The staff was rude an unattentive. The food was greasy and passive aggressive

It was so nice to do something different for New Year’s Eve. The grands loved it and my 26 daughter was over the moon about her surprise Christmas present. We loved all actives that they had planned. That was a nice surprise. My only small complaint would be that the chemicals used for the pool were so strong to the point it was burning our eyes. Hopefully they can fix that issue. I’m looking forward to booking in the summer.

Loved the location and the amenities. It would be better to stay in the summer since you would get tickets to the amusement park as well. Wish they had an enclosed pathway to the pool since it’s walking distance and then winters are rough in Lancaster.

Our family had an absolutely unforgettable New Year’s Eve at the Cartoon Network Hotel, and I am beyond impressed! From the moment we arrived, everything was filled with fun, excitement, and warm hospitality. A special shoutout to Alex at the reception, who went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a Powerpuff Girls-themed suite — our girls couldn’t believe their eyes and were thrilled to stay in a room filled with their favorite characters! What truly made this stay extraordinary was the New Year celebration itself. The hotel organized non-stop, engaging events that kept our daughters happy, entertained, and fully involved throughout our stay. From interactive games to themed activities, it was clear that a lot of thought went into making the celebration fun for kids and families alike. Another unique touch was the "WOW" ticket that Alex gave me, which I could hand to any staff member who made a special impression. I gave mine to Thomas from security, who surprised us with authentic cartoon drawings and shared stories behind the scenes. His passion and kindness were truly remarkable. Honestly, I wish I could give WOW tickets to every single staff member at the hotel. Everyone contributed to creating a warm, friendly atmosphere that made us feel right at home. You’ve made this New Year celebration one to remember forever, and we can’t wait to visit again! Thank you, Cartoon Network Hotel, for giving our family such a magical start to the new year! 💖

Kids had fun for the most part. But pool was a big bummer. Too cold to really enjoy.
