Excellent Service During a Difficult Time
We were a family of six adults visiting from out of town to attend a funeral, and we rented three rooms. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the team was incredibly accommodating in making sure we had the right rooms to suit our needs, including wheelchair-accessible options. They even arranged an early check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated given our circumstances. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The attention to detail and the staff’s kindness truly made a difference during such a difficult time. Overall, we are very grateful for the exceptional service and thoughtful care we received. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating stay. Thank you~

Honestly it’s a nice small hotel, that’s cost friendly. Beds was a bit firm but that’s to be expected with a fairly new hotel. Staff was very welcoming too.

This was an overnight stay to accommodate several appointments in Portland. The hotel was conveniently located near the mall. Our room was spacious and had the basics for a good night sleep.

Pretty basic stay. Newly renovated but not done well or professionally. (See photo for example) TV signal kept cutting in and out. Internet was often buffering. Bed was comfortable and room was mostly clean. Not a bad hotel but not great either. Good for a night or two if you aren’t spending a lot of time in the room.

The mangers were absolutely rude, their was one female worker who was amazing but other than that the place is a joke, they decided after we came in that their was a $100 hold instead of the rormal $50 an now are refusing to release it back to us ,

It is a great, budget, easy in and out hotel. Nothing overly fancy but the beds are clean and comfortable. All of the staff is polite and pleasant! Would absolutely stay again!

only reason i didnt give complete 5 star is there was someone elses food in the mini bar other than that clean staff was great location was great will definitely recommend and book again
