Fantastic Resort! Will stay again

It was amazing and so beautiful

The staff was super friendly, the food was excellent, and our kids are asking to go back! The pool was a little chilly but they said they had just refilled it after completely draining it and cleaning it so we gave them a pass - at least it was clean! :)

Excelente ubicación, con hermosa vista al lago. El personal es muy servicial y amable. Si es hermoso fuera por dentro lo es aún más. Su interior puede competir con los hoteles de Las Vegas. En general nos encantó Branson y para mejores precios del hotel se debe reservar con anticipación.

Great views and great staff

Pro’s: •All of the staff is very welcoming and friendly. •The lobby and exterior is beautiful. •The beds and pillows are very comfortable. •I love that there is an extra sink outside of the bathroom area. •The balcony is small but it was perfect for 2 people. •The first room she put us in was on the 4th floor in the nook so all we saw was the blue roof right below us and very little lake view. I ask for a room change and she changed us to the 8th floor (outside of the nook) and the lake view was absolutely beautiful from there. Con’s: •I was charged $39.88 more than I agreed to. They said that those are taxes but I had already paid taxes and fees. •Housekeeping didn’t vacuum the whole time we were there or before we got there, our rooms or the hall, and the floors definitely needed it. •Housekeeping only refilled our coffee pods/sugar/cups 1 day. •Housekeeping only came twice during our 4 night stay. •I paid $50 for early checkin so we could just go to the indoor pool and hang out that day. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance that day so we paid for early checkin for no reason.

Always a relaxing and peaceful stay. Staff, room and amenities are top notch!

Its tired and old. Weve been here 4 to 5 times iver the last 15 years and each time the property gets worse. Please rennovate before we come again.

We love staying at the Chateau- the Christmas gingerbread houses are so cute- beautiful place!

Chateau on the Lake is an excellent place to stay. Always friendly staff, clean, quiet, good food and bar, and the views from anywhere are breath taking. We will stay here again.

The hotel and grounds were nice being right by the lake with an indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, playground, picketball, tennis, and a private beach. The hotel is older and needs upgrades, but over all it was nice. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and the gingerbread houses were neat. Unfortunately, the first night after eating from the restaurant and drinks from the bar I got food poisoning. A horrible experience. Due to that reason I won’t stay there again.

Everything was amazing. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey though . The staff was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend this place. Gave the wife a spa package and she loved it. The staff at the spa were great as well.

The check in staff needs to make visitors aware that a $100 extra charge will be added prior to your stay. I’m still waiting for that extra charge to be removed from my bank account!!!

A beautiful & clean place to stay. Friendly staff & quiet. The dining was very costly.

Some problems with the HVAC unit but maintenance was quick to fix. Food left in fridge from previous person who stayed in the room. Loved the amenities at the Hotel and room and view were great.

The sweet shop needs more of a breakfast menu. They were always out of breakfast tacos by 8:30am. Mr Chase was awesome at registration and every time we crossed paths. He always knew my name..amazing. I will be back. Doug

This property was very clean, quiet, and decorated so beautifully for Christmas! Lake views are gorgeous! Highly recommend!
