No everyday cleanup. The floor is dirty and sticky. When the toilet was clogged, a plunger was delivered to fix by DIY because they had no service person available.

We thought it needs a lot of updates. Very poor conditions of the hotel. The couch was ripped the drawers of the dressers were not in working order. No floor mats for the bathroom. The furniture was in poor conditions. The bed was clean and comfortable

We just requested a 30 minute extension on check out as we were preparing for our cruise and did a quick run to the store for last minute things, while the rest of our family got ready and we needed quick showers but the front desk declined.

Two things I value in a hotel stay; Clean and comfortable bed and hot water. The bed passed but the water failed. It took about 15 minutes of running all the facets for the water to get hot enough to take a shower. Lots of stains on the carpets in the hallways and a window in the room had a green algae film. Front room had a disinfectant smell while the other room smelled of a floral air freshener.

The bed is hard as a rock and there are no blankets in the room. A thin sheet is all you get. Very dated property.

Great hotel for the money Don't expect the Trump plaza but do expect getting what you pay for and more

Very clean older hotel. Melissa and everyone at the front desk were very helpful. Room qas a suite, so 2 rooms and a bath. Waffle House next door.

The grave yard staff member was super great and had world class customer service. The shower was the only negative part. Zero hot water and no velocity. The cold shower ruined the hotel. Fix your shower and get hot water

The hotel is dated, which is fine but concerned about the cleaning of the room when socks/ dirty articles of clothes were left behind on the floor by the previous guest. Linens and room seemed clean otherwise. Biggest issue was when we went to shower there was no hot water. When I reported it to the attendant, he said he would have to check the pilot on the water heater. He came to our room and the water seemed to be heating up. In the morning, we went to take showers and the water was ice cold. When checking out we let the woman at the counter know and she seemed disinterested and was not surprised or offer any apology.

The price was good but the room was pretty dark,old,beat up and dingy.

Hotel could use a make over. Furniture was dated and carpet needs to be replaced. But overall we will be back.

This property should be taken off your website . When we went to our room there were stains all over the carpet, on the couch was a cigarette burn, there was toilet paper and fecal matter in the toilet. When we tried to flush the toilet backed up. Obviously house keeping knew about it. The girl at the desk brought us a plunger.

This “hotel” is for sleeping only. Horrible upkeep. Did not touch anything unless need to (door handles and such). In and out as soon as possible. Employees are great and I am sorry they have to work there.

The property was ok. We thought it was clean and quiet. A couple of things: our card key stopped working and we needed it reprogrammed. Also, the door jammed every time we tried to get back in. It was also a little strange that the shuttle to the cruise port was $16.50 per person but only $8 per person for our friends who stayed in a hotel across the street. Don't go to the waffle house...it was super expensive and had terrible service. For 2 teas and 4 pieces of buttered toast, it was $14. The restaurant associated with our hotel (Shark Pit) was good, though. You get a discount and I thoroughly enjoyed the turkey clubhouse sandwich. Overall, it was fine, albeit dated.

Infested with bugs. Bed was dirty. Turned right back around and left. Had to purchase a different hotel for the night.

The room was very spacious and mostly clean. The trash can in kitchen area still had some trash from previous people, a dirty towel was still hanging on book in bathroom, toilet seat was broken
