コンフォート イン オン ザ ベイ

今回は、仕事関係の勉強の為、１０日間という長期滞在でしたが、ホテルのスタッフ、オーナーご家族にとても親切にしていただきタクシーの手配もスムーズにしてもらい満足でした。ホテルのロケーションもとても良く、ロビーのコーヒーサービスや朝食も良かったです。とても居心地の良いホテルです。

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very nice. Would stay again without hesitation.

first floor is below front desk and third is above additional parking around back on water and active walking trail that snakes through downtown Port Orchard.

The MOTEL is worn out; wallpaper peeling off the walls, ice machines out of service, laundry facilities dirty. There are permanent/long term residents staying here, smoking outside all hours of the night giving a creepy vibe, dogs barking in rooms, and loud vehicles with poor mufflers revving up several times during the night; people working on their car engines in the parking lot. The bed was very hard and caused my back and hips to ache making it difficult to sleep. We had housekeeping come 1 day (our choice) and the empty shampoo bottle and soaps were left on the side of the tub and were not replenished. The used paper coffee cups and plastic water cups were not thrown away and not given clean ones. We checked out a day early. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was for the close grassy area to take our dogs, but there is a lot of dog poop all over because people don’t clean up after their pets. We will not be staying here again.

Due to the constant wet weather, the room smelled moldy. The crew cleaned good as possible

Room is spacious. Bathroom is kind of small. Remote to tv wasn’t working and the morning was very noise from other guest. Great view of the sound. Plenty of free parking. Nice little breakfast nothing special cereal, muffins, hard boiled eggs and yogurt with coffee and juice.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very quiet.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There is a convenient fridge and microwave. TV and cable were easy to use and there were many channels to choose from. There could have been more offered with the continental breakfast. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

All staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in and out was easy.

I am a repeat customer of Comfort Inn (Choice Hotels) and enjoy great value. Today was an exception to the rule... we had a unit of young ROTC cadets check in that created a noisy atmosphere that after talking to staff decided to depart tonight instead of tomorrow morning. I do not blame staff of the cadets as I have spent 6 years in service myself and know how it is to be young and a bit crazy. Blessing to all!

No hot water couldn’t shower. Let the hotel know and they were aware of it yet no refunds no discounts no vouchers for another night very disappointing not being able to shower!
