Beautiful room with a balcony. It was a cold and rainy night . It was so perfect.

Check in was easy .. But the carpets both in hallway and in the room are dirty and sticky. It’s long due to have a new carpet . Morning coffee was ready by 6 am and breakfast ready by 6:30 am

Was not clean the walls were disgusting, stuff all over the walls and floor, mold in the ceiling in the bathroom, as soon as the lights go out roaches are all over the place, had to shake my clothes off and leave, really needs to be updated, front desk was nice though

The property has a roach problem. The rooms are not all up to par as far as the sinks do not operate all properly. The last room i stayed in, the sheets had stains and burns holes in them. The front desk gave my room number out to a stranger without my permission.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my 64 years of life. It was so nasty broken vanity in bathroom and no ice on any floor. Wouldn’t pay $10 for a room there!!

The hotel room had a weird smell, the air conditioner was not blowing hot to warm the room, and I also seen a roach in the bathroom. Unfortunately, if you wanted house keeping you had to ask for it instead of them automatically coming to clean and in order to get new towels you have to get them at a certain time. If I recall before or at 1pm.

They need to upgrade the hotel. Black mold in the bath room. Toilet not bolted to the floor. Ice machine never works. Comfort inn needs to step in. These people don’t care.

Both of my rooms were infested with little black bugs that look like ants. The bathroom sink was covered in these little black bugs, they were in the showers, bathroom floor, bathroom walls, on the bed covers.

I got the reservations and each room they put me in was nasty . The plumbing is terrible , the toilets stop up and there is nothing comforting about this place

The hotel on the outside was clean however on the inside the interior needs a new paint job. The rooms need to be updated and major renovations. The hallway said no smoking but as I walked down the hall I smelled marijuana. The lobby was clean but the hotel overall needs some renovations.
