Stay Away from This Hotel – Unacceptable Conditions! I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and feel compelled to warn others. The room I was given was in an appalling state: the bedding was dirty and damp, the room itself was far from clean, and worst of all, I found cockroaches in the room. The lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene standards is shocking, raising serious concerns about the overall condition of the hotel. If my room was this bad, I can’t imagine what’s happening in other areas of the property. This hotel is not worth a single penny. I’ve already filed an official claim with photo and video evidence of the conditions, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere!

If you, want to go to a place where the bathtub has mold, this is the place, where the carpet is stained everywhere and dirty, this is the place, where the sheets are stained, this is the place, where the elevator is damaged, this is the place, where the breakfast is more disgusting, this is the place and I have more than 50 pictures to prove it, they must pay one to stay in this pigsty.

Suites are somewhat dated, but clean!

The check-in process was lengthy, there was only one person working. Being a Friday, you'd think they would staff another person because the line was long. The staff member was very friendly and welcoming, with a lot of patience. The room is nice, nothing amazing, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable, pillows were a little softer than I like, but not horrible. The bathroom was decent, well-kept. Parking is a pain in the butt if you get back later in the evening like we did. They don't charge for parking, but there should be some kind of extra charge for people who take up multiple spots - 2 trucks were just parked crooked, no need for two spots. Another had a trailer that took up 5 spaces. It's a little ridiculous to have to park by the curb next to the front entrance because of this. Our keys kept deactivating, so we had to get those fixed every time. We were told it was because we had them next to our phones or other cards - we didn't. I've also kept other room keys in my phone wallet and never had this issue. Check-out was an easy process. All in all, the trip was nice, it was quiet for the most part.

Power outage the 2nd night. 15 hours. Lost all of my food in cooler and mini fridge. It was horrible Went home after Milton was over in Saint Petersburg. This hotel had No generators. No Ice. Went home with nothing. Want a refund for 1 night. But every time I call , their phone hangs up on me. You would think they could answer the phone. I want money back for those 15 hours. Should have told us there was No generators. That's why people stay in hotels, to have power and Be safe. Linda Lamotte and Kevin Chagnon. Thanks

Great place to stay

Very poor guests service. Lack of cleanines.

Room very musty smelling and ild and outdated. Jacuzzi tub next to the bed! C'mon

It was brief. We ended up getting a handicapped room so there was no counter space in bathroom, which made getting ready difficult. Also the bedding appeared as though there were only sheets in the bed. No blanket.

Stop are very lovely very kind from this well organize very friendly staff very helpful. I recommend anyone to come here.

We evacuated our hotel room after i night as ther was no electricity...no air conditioner,tv or wifi. Ceiling above window was dripping water and wind was blowing in from closed window . Elevator was down, so we took the stairs and used the lights from our phones as there were no lights . We left with one night still booked. Horrible !
