Unacceptable to be "walked" on first night stay. Cannot even talk to a rep, had to discuss only via chat. And now i have a pending charge from the hotel i got walked to and the room smelledand toilet seat was falling off. This better be dealt with in a timely fashion. I'd like a phone call to discuss my displeasure. TY

Did not like the area around the hotel or the entrance. Need to make it more inviting.

Passing through Atlanta on the way to FL & decided to stay here with my husband & 2 kids. Nice hotel but the parking situation is rough, the rooms are a bit small & are not that clean. Average on my list.

Staff at check in and bartender are just great. Excellent customer service.

Everyone was friendly

This is my second time staying at this property. Since my last stay, this property has undergone renovation. My room was completely redesigned. It was amazing to walk into a brand-new room. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Around the corner from Lenox Mall. I will be staying here again

Do not stay here!! Very dirty hotel

I was there for 6 nights and I choose the location because was conveniently located at 3 minutes walking to GSU. My room was nice and fairly clean, located at the 8th floor; however, the cleaning staff didn’t really put effort in vacuuming or cleaning the sink or other areas. They made my bed but didn’t change the sheets. The hotel itself was not really great. It was under renovation and whoever was conducting the project did nothing to creat some sort of delimitation between the working area and the public. I had to walk under the area where a guy on a cherry picker was painting the hotel outside, I had to walk in the lobby and walk between buckets of compound and piles of materials. On top of that the Bistro bar/restaurant was not open for lunch and the dinner options were very poor. The day 3 in the hotel when I was trying to study, they were drilling something and the noise was so bad that I had to go back to one of the study rooms at GSU. Anyhow, things started to get a lot worse when costumers (probably ?) were smoking weed in the rooms or elevators. One of my friends was offered a room on the 10th floor and smell of weed was unsupportable and t she had to request another room. Overall, I’ve got what I’ve paid for. Next time I’ll go across the street to Hilton.

Valet staff is always great!

Very upset with my stay. There was loud construction noise from 8:00am. Plumbing was horrible. Sinks and shower have bad drainage. Toilet overflowed. My friends and I came expecting to lounge by the pool. It was closed. That was one of the amenities we chose this hotel for. Very disappointed in my stay. Hotel staff was courteous and as accommodating as could be.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, Miguel at the front desk was top-tier. The only con was that they still had some construction going on and the beautiful pool that is used as the hotels display picture was unavailable due to the construction. It is in walking distance from local stores and places to eat very convenient location. They were very clean as well.

The noise was unbearable at times from the construction outside. I didn’t get a lot of rest and I came to get a break.

We choose this for the indoor pool. It was. It was closed. They were doing construction and super loud every day at 7am. $40 a day to park. Our room was so small the luggage cart couldn’t even fit in to unload it. The room was also laid out terrible. The TV was behind a wardrobe closet so we could not see it from the bed.

The shower was not cleaned properly. There were several long strings of hair left in the shower

Everything was beautiful & nice and the staff were wonderful. The only thing that I absolutely hate about this hotel is they only have valet parking for $40 a night unless you go park in a deck in the area which honestly was cheaper. I’m not a big fan of hotels making you pay to park on the premises & never have been. Hotels shouldn’t charge their customers to park but I understand the business. Overall wonderful stay & nice views!!

Why do y NOT have free hot coffee in the lobby?! This is one of the few in buckhead who doesn’t. The little coffee maker in the room produces doesn’t cut it

The mattress in my room was far too soft and floppy, lacking the support needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. It made it difficult to rest properly, and I woke up feeling less refreshed. I would suggest upgrading the mattresses or offering guests the option for a room upgrade if they prefer a firmer bed. Despite this issue, I have to commend the hotel on its beautiful common areas and the friendly, professional staff. With improvements to the room comfort, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.
