Wanted to run my card for incidentals. Ran my credit card which I had turned off so it was declined. I had paid on 1/17/25 so why was this needed? i used another card which they said was just to keep on file. i already paid. Took too much time and ill say it again I already paid. No thank you. looks bad on both of you.

The property was fine for the price point. It seemed like there were plenty of rooms available but everyone that was staying there was in the adjacent rooms so it was a bit noisy in the evening.

I didn't even stay. I checked in, looked at the room and booked at another hotel down the street and stayed there.

1st room the tv didn’t really work, lamps didn’t work, outlets didn’t work. Cars pulling in and out all night, loud people outside. 2nd room, again, lamps didn’t work, outlets didn’t work, put food in fridge only to find out next morning it doesn’t work. Smells like pot in our room. Definitely would not recommend even if you want a cheap room.

Stay itself and the room were nice enough. Didn't appreciate being woke up to banging on the door at 9am trying to do housekeeping. I acknowledged that I was still in the room and the knocking persisted. Then went to go take a shower at around 930 to find they SHUT THE WATER OFF to my room. Tried again at around 10am and it was back on but it was the most orange water I've ever seen... So if you're looking forward to sleeping in and showering when you wake up. Be prepared for housekeeping to want you out by 9 am when checkout is at 11...hotels.com app won't allow me to upload a picture for whatever reason. Don’t stay here unless you have no other choice. The room I was given was not remotely similar to their advertised photos. Outdated, musty smelling AC unit, bed was extremely old, tv didn’t work, floor was sticky, house cleaner pounded in my door after one night stay saying I needed to check out and I told her I booked two nights and it had only been one and shut the door on her, and the worst of all I was in my room and they gave a key to some random person because they had a “system error” that stated my room was empty. Again don’t stay here unless you absolutely have no other choice.

Looked like ICE should’ve raided this place.

Bathroom dirty

First of all, don't bother pre-registering on-line with your ID and credit card. This does not streamline your registration when you get to the hotel because they ask for your credit card again anyway. The first room they put us in was dirty, so we went back to the desk and got a second room. The parking lot needs maintenance, and the hotel appears to be utilized by many people with diesel trucks who insist on idling them for at least an hour at 0'dark thirty before they leave for the day. Never again.

The in-room coffeemaker did not work at all. We visited the office and were promised immediate attention. After the passage of over two hours and after two phone calls, including one in which I expressed utter dismay, a replacement coffeemaker was delivered. The occupancy rate of about 25% did not warrant such slowness. The mattress of our king-bed was lumpy and unsupportive. The advertised breakfast was the most spartan I have ever experienced in a motel. This older motel appears to have been recently updated, but more attention is needed and the staff needs to understand "service" more effectively.

Bed was hands down the worst mattress I have ever experienced in all of my travels !! caved deeply in the middle and was old. Room was clean. Check in staff courteous. Advertised breakfast was lacking and basically non-existent. Arrived at night, next door property was an abandoned restaurant..... night staff was the highlight.

Towels for 2 people. we had 4 people. The worst tv reception channels were barley watchable. No cups for the coffee.

Hair on the bed. Stains on the sheets. Towels used. I walked into the room, turned around, walked out. And they refused to fix the situation or refund me.

Website list a free breakfast. In reality they only offered a very limited continental breakfast. Deceiving info on website!

Our room itself was clean, smelled good and we had no concerns about the cleanliness while staying. For the price and location, it was a good stay. Both staff members while checking in and out were friendly. We slept through the breakfast they offer so I cannot comment on that. Our room had a bolt lock and chain lock. It felt safe. The area was quiet and we experienced no disturbances like other reviews have noted.
