浴槽があり、湯船に浸かることができました。 5泊しましたが、部屋の掃除は一度も入らず、タオルだけはフロントで変えてくれました。 コンベンションセンターまでは歩いて10分くらいでした。

The ceiling was leaking in the main lobby- which isn’t a big deal. The leak was more like a stream and a bucket was placed to collect the water. The bucket couldn’t hold the large amount of water that was leaking so there was a large puddle. The room had a large amount of water damage, cracks in the ceiling and discolored walls. The wallpaper in the hallways was clearly damaged and falling off. Staff was nice.

Very disappointing to have an adjacent parking garage with an out of service elevator. Guests having to carry baggage up and down flights of stairs to get from car to front desk. Unacceptable! We witnessed several elderly guests there for a holiday event dressed in formal wear struggling after having to navigate the steps from the 4th floor parking to the conference room. Hotel staff informed us that the elevator had been out of service since June. As an added inconvenience, water continuously poured down the stairwell when raining, soaking anyone on the steps.

The high cost did not equate to the property. There was a cigarette butt under our bed. The room had not been properly cleaned in sometime. We booked a 2 day stay, and had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper no extras! The elevator for the parking garage doesnt work; so you have to carry luggage via the stairs. Plus an additional 30 per day to park. The breakfast is not free. It was 22.50 a person for a regular hotel style buffet. However we had a 30 minute wait to be seated because there was no help to clean tables. Once seated we waited another 10 minutes for a clean plate. And they ran out of food. No fruits at all they were all empty. Once we returned from the football game, the hotel lobby had water just pouring in from the roof. I will never book this hotel again.

Staff was very friendly but when asked for new towels, toilet paper x 2 mornings and then afternoon and it’s not done it got frustrating to have to go down the elevator…we were on floor 15 on a very busy weekend.

Everything was great! Definitely will book again next time.

Got a warning about some sort of “no show” scam fee. As if being charged for the room if I got stuck in a snow storm or medical emergency isn’t enough, apparently there is an additional “no show” fee. GoAFYS! Lots of hairs all over the floor and bathroom. Not a scrap of breakfast included. Coffee packets included were decent, that’s the highlight. Staff were friendly and doing the best they can probably do given the malfeasance of management and being total wastes of space and resources.

Staff was friendly when we arrived. Parking is not valet it is park it yourself in a parking garage. Also if you book through Expedia they charge you fifty dollars and then refund it a couple days after your stay. Our room had peeling wallpaper and chipped paint on the ceiling as well as a stain on mattress cover. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanliness. It was close to the rock and roll hall of fame which was a plus.

Two double queen bed rooms were reserved. We received 1 double queen bed and 1 king bed room. Both rooms were dated, and one didn't have a working tv or phone. This stay way uncomfortable and unpleasant. Also, overpriced for what it was, and there was an additional $30 charge for parking garage parking. Not happy!

The room was a little dirty, toilet broke, the hall way smelled like weed.

Hotel was amazing. The room was clean and well equipped with a great view of downtown and the lake. Staff was friendly with the exception of the housekeeper assigned to my floor which was 17. Checkout time was 12 but was woken up but knocking on the door several times throughout the morning. The do not disturb was on the door and still felt harassed to hurry and leave so she could clean the room. This would be the only aspect of my stay that would give me pause to book again.

This hotel is in a great location but has seen better days. It could use a little upkeep. I would stay again but would have a lower expectation. The man in the bar is about as unfriendly as it gets. He was downright rude most of the time. We went to the bar at a nearby hotel instead.

Overall great hotel. Best cookies around too!

When we arrived we were given a room with a horrible odor !! Told desk we couldn’t stay there and was given another room. Then we were told if we wanted maid service the next day we should call and make a request ! To park a vehicle on their property is $30 per night so I parked for free on the street in front of the hotel for free since we didn’t have to feed the meters on a weekend. Had to ask for free Double Tree cookies. No continental breakfast ! Starbucks location is near the lobby but does not accept the app or gift cards. This location in nothing more the a money grab ! Will stay elsewhere in the future !!
