スタッフの対応が悪い。このホテルは午後3時過ぎるまでは絶対にチェックインさせません。 ヒルトンオーナーズメンバー用のラウンジもありません。エアポートシャトルもなかなか来ないです。

空港からはやや遠い。そのせいか、シャトルバスの運行頻度も他の空港ホテルよりは少ないようだ。食事はホテル内でなければ、徒歩圏にはない。食料品が買えるような店もない。しかし、フロントに言えば、近くのショッピングモールへの送迎をやってくれる。価格が安くとも、設備や部屋は申し分ないし、従業員もフレンドリーなので、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思う。

"快適なベッド"、"素晴らしいサービス"は提供されますが空港からは遠いです。他のホリデーイン等の空港近くのホテルの方が賢明です。

I stayed in the middle of a return to Japan.This hotel was clean and comfortable.The restaurant was also necessary and sufficient menu.Because it is reasonably close to the airport, it was useful for that purpose.However, if you intend to do tourism in Washington DC, elsewhere might be good.

Quiet and clean and decorated beautifully for the holidays. An easy check in process and fresh cookies available upon arrival.

Tissues in bathroom were not refreshed. Complementary water was not provided.. Room had a musty odor. inaccurate billing charged for room service that was not used or ordered for any reason. With zero management available to help me with the billing issue because management is not available in until 2 PM.

We stayed there before we had to fly out of Dulles and it says they provide a shuttle bus to the airport but if you have an early flight you can’t get on shuttle bus till 6:00am. So we had to Uber to the airport which cost about $30 and when we were ready to be picked up from the airport the shuttle bus never came so we had to Uber back to the hotel. And parking your car at the hotel was cheaper than parking at the airport. Rooms were clean!

rooms were old/needd update. difficult time navigating the TV as we don't have direct TV. Breakfast was awful. very very disappointed as the price was over $200/night

The only issue we had was when we went to get breakfast the employee acted very rude while retrieving our name and room number. Then when we wasn’t on her list she said “ well your not on my list so it’s going to cost you $17.95 per person”.I showed her our booking itinerary. She then said” I have to check with the front desk”. All the while expressing an attitude as if we was doing something wrong. There was between 20-30 people present. She should have approached us in a different manner.

Convenient to airport. Great shuttle service. Very prompt. Clean but seemed understaffed. However, very prompt and respectful when present.

Check in was great. Dead bugs in toilet along with pink mold. Toilet broken but not discovered until into the night. Had to use lobby bathroom. Staff unwilling to assist due to 3rd party billing. Old run down rooms, used to be nice place. Asked for refund they said ask Hotels.com

Clean room. Comfy bed.
