So we stayed at an Embassy Suite is New Jersey and loved it so we decided to go here thinking it would be the same. Pool was very cold- absolutely not towels by the pool. The room itself had 2 shower towels for 5 guests and little to no toilet paper. Went tot he desk at 6pm asked for towels and toilet paper. By 7pm I called down to ask. We didn't get towels until 11pm when the kids were already asleep and we never got the toilet paper. Their site lists 2 alcohol beverage and light apps. They gave goldfish, guacamole, and cheese and crackers with soda. The one in Jersey actually gave complimentary mixed drink for 2 guests. Breakfast was a buffet but very skimp choices. Eggs, toast, home fries, 2 kinds of sausage- ( bacon or ham option would've been more sensible. No pancakes or french toast. There was a " to order" omlet line but the wait was out the kitchen and we have 3 kids so we couldn't wait. I wouldn't return back to this hotel purely for the lack of urgency on towels and toilet paper .

We stayed in this hotel for one night in room 316. The lobby was gorgeous besides the caution tape on the stairwell by the restaurant. As we walked in late night no one was at the front desk. The room needs to be closed for maintenance the lamps did not work the extra blanket in the closet had hard particles and there where no extra pillows as we sent our son to go ask since our children were with us we had to try to accommodate for pillows. The plugs by the small sink did not work and the sink itself was clogged not to mention the bathtub and shower are from the 80’s and the shortest shower curtain that soaked the entire floor and they did not provide enough towels as well. Which made us have to make a couple of trips to the front desk .

ハウスキーピングは非常に不安定で、コーヒーを補充するためにフロントデスクに行かなければなりませんでした。シャワーのお湯 暖かくなる前に5分間水を流さなければなりません。 浴槽からシャワーへの水流を切り替えるノブは、動かすのがほとんど不可能です。 朝食はとても美味しいです。 ホテルは時代遅れのようです。 1 つ星に変更し、4 日間お湯について伝えましたが、何も行われませんでした。 二度と泊まらない場所を見つけることはめったにありませんが、ここがそれです。 どこか別の場所を見つけてください！

I don't really like giving negative reviews because it can stain a place, but this was not a good experience. The curtains were broken and the towel holder also broke. It took two days to get a second pillow. When we arrived our room wasn't clean so they moved us to a room that didn't have enough beds and wasn't properly cleaned...we got room swapped to a different one which was good but our room should have been cleaned and ready in the first place. We got there at 10 PM and check-in was at 4 so they had ample time to clean the room. Plus it's a bit ridiculous that they were so short staffed they couldn't spare anyone to clean the room that day. I felt like the staff was incompetent. Our issues were not being addressed or addressed so slowly it didn't matter. It did not feel like any sort of hospitality. If you're looking for a place to crash in between flights then this does have beds so that's good. But if you're looking for something a bit nice, or are worried about having to rely on staff to get more soap or pillows, I recommend going somewhere else.

ダイヤモンド会員として、私は数多くのヒルトンホテルと数多くのエンバシースイートに宿泊してきました。ホテルは素晴らしく、フロントデスクの人々はフレンドリーですが、ハウスキーピングには優れたサービスを提供する上で毎日の問題があり続けました。ベッドメイキングは毎日行われていましたが、今日はゴミが持ち出されず、交換のために床に残されたタオルも交換されず、昨日はゴミと汚れたタオルが7階と8階のドアの外に一晩中放置されました。ホテルにはボディウォッシュがなくなりましたが、ハウスキーピングにより代替品として固形石鹸がシャワーに残されませんでした。ヒルトン、特にエンバシー・スイーツで毎日問題が発生するのは非常に珍しいことです。
