elevator operation is super slow, internet connections was not good

When we arrived, we were third in line of eventual four guests checking in. No staff at check in or anywhere for about ten minutes. Two staff appeared, but only one could help with anything, and said sorry for the delay. After check in, all four guests were standing in another line, trying to get an elevator. Staff indicated that elevators not working, recommended taking stairs. No offer of help with multiple guests. All up stairs with all luggage. Finally, issue with required paid parking in a completely owned and controlled parking lot. Not some urban area with limited parking. Expedia at fault also, because requirement to pay for parking not shown anywhere during booking, only after payment for the room. Unacceptable. Never again with this hotel

The gym and room shower was AMAZING. The bed was very comfortable. No complaints except that parking is $12.

We had to make a lady minute reservation to come early because of expected snow. I wish we had booked this hotel for our entire stay. The stay was so friendly and helpful. Great rooms. There is a cafe in the lobby but it is also near several other shopping and dinning options.

It was a great place to stay. I will be back for sure.

I stayed here for six days over the holidays, and it was an excellent experience! From the time I checked in, I was greeted by warm, friendly staff who were genuinely interested in my stay. Tina was the associate who checked me in, and greeted me with warmth - she was awesome! Throughout my stay, my room was clean and remained impeccably maintained. For being a busy time, the hotel was still remarkably quiet. It is also the perfect location, situated across the street from shopping in Avalon and within walking distance of several shops, including Starbucks. It felt like a quiet, safe enclave right off the beaten path, and close (but not too close) to 400. While I didn't take advantage of it much, the workout room was well equipped and also super clean. This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at for the rate, and will be my hotel of choice on my next visit to the Alpharetta area.

Nice newer property in a great area. Comfortable beds

I loved how centralized this hotel is to everything in the area! The staff was amazingly helped and room was clean with a modern, clean look. Looking forward to my next stay!

There was an odor of sewage in the hallways. It was reported to front desk but not resolved during our 6night stay.

Great location! The hotel has their own parking lot to use for an additional charge. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained. There were breakfast and snack options for an additional charge. Close to GA 400. You could walk to several places including the shops and restaurants at and around Avalon, Starbucks, gas station, etc. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Overall nice hotel, however the heat in our room did not work and the parking is $12 a day, which I found ridiculous. I could understand if the hotel were *in* Avalon. But being on the periphery of Avalon, having ample parking space, and charging $12 a day to park is absurd.

Clean, quiet, and friendly

Very welcoming and fast check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Bartender was friendly and drinks were good. Only complaint is that the parking is not included or offered when booking.
