安全なエリアで、食事や買い物にも困りません。清潔なキッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジがあるので長期滞在に便利です。ドライヤーは無かったと思います。タオル交換やルームクリーニング週一回である事は理解しないといけません。また、部屋が一階だったのでフロアにゴミを捨てるところやランドリーがあり便利でしてた。洗濯は一回4ドルかかります。フロントで25セントに両替可能です。フロントの対応時間が7〜23時の為チェックインは時間内にする必要があります。Free Wifi なのですが毎日登録する必要があり、端末が多くて長期滞在の際面倒でした。朝食のコーヒーとインスタントオートミール、マフィン等な事もあったので便利でした。

電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、鍋、食器２人分がついてます。ホテル内にコインランドリーもあるので、長期滞在には向いています。仕事で１週間滞在しましたが、シーツ、タオル等の高官は１回だけです。それ以上希望する場合は追加料金になります。朝食付きとありますが、コーヒーとスナック程度です。部屋は比較的清潔です。ジムはありません。ファストフードレストランが数件ある小さなショッピングセンターに隣接しており、車で５分ほどの場所にノースポイントモールがあります。

Angie is RUDE and should not be in hospitality. Hospitality requires a person with people skills she has none! No heat in the room and she followed us around as though we were about to steal something. Just go somewhere else for your own sake!!! The room was full of MOLD

Lady at front desk was real nice and helpful when I checked in for my room. Love the location. Really close to restaurants, stores, and the shopping mall.Room was spacious and clean.

This hotel is my go-to when I'm in the area. While dated, it's clean and the kitchenettes are nice to have available. Just be aware that they no longer provide kitchen sets, you would have to pay for them. Angie at the front desk was extremely helpful and explained the new policies about this and the new room deposit. She was very pleasant and I hope she'll be here next time I visit.

Too many roaches

It was ok just the smells from people cooking was a bit much .

Property was ok, just the smell of mold and the microwave having a lot of rust inside was an issue. Couldn’t use to warm food.

No body at the desk and the metal door rolled down. Hotel clerk ask if i wanted a refund before i ecer went to the room. It was dirty, smelled horrible and was not fit for anyone to sleep in.

Check in was easy. There is no guest staff in the evenings. On day of our check out staff hours began at 7am but at 8:08 the metal door was still pulled down that closes off the reception desk. I left my room keys in the room. The location is very convenient to highway and shopping but there are just too many roaches inside the hotel. Also I didn't feel very safe with it tucked away in the back and the exterior doors are supposed to be activated by a room key to open but the doors are always open (don't need a room key to open) and there being no front desk staff at night.

The toilet would not flush and the shower was full of mold. It felt very unclean.

Basic, no frills hotel. Staff was very friendly, room was nice for an overnight stay or if you’re around on business. Room had refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop and microwave. I would stay again

Terrible stay, pulled up late after a long drive. Just wanted to lay head to pillow but was immediately greeted with charges for pets. No where on our reservation did it state we would charged an additional 25/night per fee. They refused to budge on fee. Too tired to argue we proceeded with our reservation and up to our room. We reserved a non smoking room and were given a smoking room that was filthy. Rugs were stained , bathroom had no toilet paper, hair on sheets and tub, burn marks on sheets . Also kitchenette had no utensils, pots etc and was dirty. Only reason we didn’t run out of there was because we had to be gone in the morning by 5:30am. Needless to say, we checked out in the morning and had to call management to Cancel the rest of our reservation. We had a 6 night stay planned. Only light was that, Nicole:management, was kind and expeditious about getting our reservation canceled and our money back. Had to jump through several loop holes before we got there though .

It was horrible. It stinks. It’s scary. It’s dirty.
