Very clean room friendly staff

Hot tub not working, both treadmills did not work the tv in our 1st did not work. We visit Alamosa quite often, and the Marriott is a much nicer hotel. We will never stay at this Fairfield again.

Excellent hotel. New remodel rooms.

Breakfast is very weak and not appealing at all..staff could not keep up with the amount of people. Took for ever to get the staff to refill the coffee as well as the food.. terrible to say the least; but they had a tip jar forefront of everything? For what.. I was given a room that they said was renovated; very bad job of renovating. Caulking was old and mildewed as well as the shower pan was stained. Money for renovations not very well spent..

Accommodating staff. The property is currently under renovation but there were minimal disruptions. Breakfast wasn't always stocked well but a good selection.

New property, clean and bright, free breakfast like many similar but maybe a bit more variety. Check in was fast and friendly, staff was capable. Room is compact, but since this was just one overnight it was quite comfortable and adequate. Restroom/bath is roomy and functional. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the 1st Fairfield Inn I’ve stayed in. The shower floor was so dirty I had to wear my sandals to take a shower. Then you had to flush the toilet 5 times just to get it to drain the toilet paper. Other than the bathroom issues, I felt the sleeping part of the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. So take a chance..

The Hospitality was above Average

Nice hotel on the very edge of town. We walked to a restaurant but didn’t feel completely comfortable doing it. The room was comfortable and clean although the porcelain in the bathroom had seen better days but was ok.

Excellent property!

We only stayed here one night but everything went fine.

Customer service was excellent. Very pleasant and accomodating. We highly recommend this place. Lovely facility.

Truck parking

The young lady that checked me in had very good customer service skills. The morning breakfast at 7am was overrun by a bus tour of old people that demolished the early breakfast servings, but the staff went into high speed and replenished the buffet in record time! I barely had to wait to eat and was beyond impressed with the speed the staff replenished the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel and its outstanding staff

Last minute booking since the place we had planned to stay had a maintenance issue. The hotel itself was pretty average for a Marriott -- beds are nice, rooms clean. However, The front desk people were consistently rude and would not provide basic things like an extra blanket. When we asked for the items (tongs, grill fork etc) to use the patio and outdoor grill they acted like we were making an exorbitant request. The sign said these things were available--I don't know why were they surprised we asked for them? The rooms were not cleaned in the three days we stayed and had to ask for new towels. Would not stay here again.
