The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.

Birthday weekend for my boyfriend. The hotel had property parking and a lot of street parking. A little isolated (across the street from the NYPD police academy, felt safe!). Only one elevator, ice machines on even floors. Reception was good, polite. The room was clean, but smaller than it looks in the pics. Bathroom was a nice size and clean. BE CAREFUL: room doors DO NOT close behind you, push it closed and lock it! Besides the small refrigerator that couldn’t hold much, it was good. Breakfast was free and had a lot of options. Would stay again.

I paid via PayPal, and the hotel would not honor the reservation. Looking forward to my refund.

Stated that the property had cleaning, long term stays did not have daily cleaning even though it was on my bill to be cleaned for services. Defeats the purpose of having a hotel to not clean your room daily, sheets were not clean everytime just put them back together and left, towels were always given but only the small ones for body and not the big ones. Was also not given soap additions, at one point the bottle was just empty with soap and never filled. The tub was not cleaned daily or even every other day. I left a piece of soap on purpose to see if the tub would be cleaned and the piece of soap was still there the next day even when I asked them to clean. Elevator was not in good shape either, mostly upset that I was charged for cleanings for everyday, first day there my pillows had black marks on them and had to call and get them changed and it took them a solid 30-40 minutes to even get them. Not clean at all would not recommend, even in first day it was not clean especially the bed.

Need more quality content for the client.

Had a pleasant overnight stay at the property. Great amenities and ease of communication.

Me encantó este hotel, sin lugar a dudas super recomendado. Si está un poco retirado (40-50 minutos de Manhattan), pero hay muy facil acceso al metro, primero en bus y despues metro. El personal es super amable (TODOS), el desayuno está incluido y tambien cuentan con servicio de transporte. El hotel es muy comodo, volvería sin dudas :)

Located close to airport, busses and subway. Clean and staff is friendly

Room was congested, Air conditioning unit is just 10 inches from bed, where the air hit directly into the sleeping persons body. The closet door was broken, it took 3 days to fix it. Front desk is not friendly, no greeting when you check in. What I feel most bad, I was carrying drinking water in my hand waiting for elevator and it was not working, after 5 min I have asked the front desk is you elevator working? She replied no, go to level B and take stairs, they should put a notice on elevator door. One elevator is not sufficient for this hotel. I have stayed in 3 different Marriotts in last 10 days in USA, but this location is worst.

Perfectly acceptable airport motel, but absolutely in the middle of nowhere. Nowhere to go to eat, take a walk or be anywhere but in your room.

Close to CITI FIELD. I'll be back for a Mets roadtrip

It was a good stay, no issue or whatsover. I was able to rest after doing lots of activities in NYC.

The hotel was close to LaGuardia. Public transit bus to the subway and LIRR was nearby. There was a 15 minute walk to nearby Salvadoran and Italian restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful.

Very close to the airport. Excellent and friendly staff.

Clean inside and out. Area appeared safe.
