Hotel was clean and the staff are great. Only thing i didnt like is parking. I know theres a renovation going on but there was no vallet, parking garage clearance is only 6’3 and my vehicle needs greater than 7’1 so i have to park all the way to the back like a block away. There was no shed or walkway made to walk back to the hotel entrance and it was cold and windy. Also lights to walk back to the hotel from the parking was lacking and have to pay parking.

Overall great staff and location. Room was not the cleanest and the furniture had a lot of tear and wear. I am excited to see how they plan on renovating the rooms in the future.

The room was 60° despite turning the temperature up to 75 or 80 it never changed I called to let them know at 6pm. Was told they would send a space heater and after about an hour I received a blanket 15° in Tahoe and I got a blanket

No housekeeping available after 5pm, nobody answers the front desk phone ever

The room is at the back of the elevator, so noisy especially at night, there is no curtains , there is no window, the whole thing is a glass window from top to the floor therefore cannot open the glass door. The room is so hot and sweating at night . Cannot open the window. Asked the receptionist to clean just the bathroom 2x and nobody came. The telephone in my room is not working and I was told to use my phone to call the receptionist which I have to go thru many prompts to get there. I asked to change my room but there is no room available. I complaint to Brian , the manager and I was told Expedia will refund my money back. I have not received any phone calls yet up to date.

Frustratingly, the main light blinks when you enter the room, the bathroom door is hard to open, and one of the table lamps is not working. Customer service is not even responding through phone, we still have to go downstairs to let them know the problem. Hope next time when we visit it will be different.

Nice rooms and very comfortable beds. I also got a kick out of all the rock star pictures on the room doors.

Had to run the hot water for a while for it to actually be hot enough to shower, the room temperature was stuck at the same number so it was too hot (had to turn it off the thermostat). The tub wasn’t secure, it was moving when we were showering. It was also super noisy outside at 5am. Hotel steak restaurant was bad. Hotel was close to other restaurants and attractions. Had a lot of parking for hotel guest.

It was very welcoming and cozy. My room was clean and the staff was really nice would recommend for sure

The WiFi wouldn’t work in our room even after we confirmed the WiFi code. The room was dirty with cheese it’s on the floor, a hotel key card from August and white stuff on the head board.

I was a little disappointed there is not a lot of offerings. There’s only 2 restaurants and a store downstairs. And they didn’t off room service either. Overall, it’s a decent hotel the rooms are in decent condition. I did like our lake view.

Old hard rock hotel, out dated. Air conditioner not working in room so had to open window. No vent in restrooms. Very limited dining options so had to go offsite. No store on site.liked dogs allowed but dog area trash, garbage was overflowing daily. Hotel has potential, overall not too far bad but not great for the price. Self parking $25 day. Casino and bar are fine. On fence if will ever return again?

Check-in was quick and easy although if you book through a site such as Orbitz or Expedia, they tell you in advance about the resort fee but does not mention the per day parking fee just a heads up if that’s a dealbreaker. Also, I didn’t realize the heating was on a general temperature for all the rooms you can only turn it on or off cannot set temperature so because it was cold outside, they felt they needed to have it super hot room was 79° when I came in which was quite warm Since I keep my house at home at 67 so if you don’t like it super hot in the winter turn unit off as soon as you get in your room.
