What a fun vibe. Great food and drink. Rooms big. Beds comfy and very clean.

The staff was not friendly at all. There was no one at the lobby desk when we checked in and had to wait for a long time before all the employees that kept passing by finally approached us. This was very disappointed as it was our first time at this hotel and our last. We are constantly going to Eugene because our son attends the university and we decided to give this hotel a chance instead of staying at our regular spot and we will never be doing that again.

The Graduate is my favorite hotel in Eugene. Charm for days. Very walkable to restaurants, and the bar is top notch. Easily recommend.

Right next door to the venue for my son's show, which is where I was going. This is a very unique hotel.

Remodeled since my last stay. Comfortable and next to the Hult Center where we went for a show. Convenient.

Love this funky hotel!!

Very clean & safe location for being downtown in the center of anything & everything! Easy & friendly check-in, on-site delicious food options, fun & retro decor, comfortable beds that were difficult to roll out of, walkable distance to fine dining, shopping & entertainment, are all reasons we’d return & recommend to others.

Very walkable, clean, used the valet. They were very good.

Great hotel with everything you need

Second time staying and we love the quirky interior and walkability

This property is showing its age and the weird quirky decor doesn’t do much to improve the situation. HVAC is not good No microwave in the room and an electric kettle with instant coffee add to the disappointment. Toilet is so small and low expect to need a fire department rescue. Upside is it is pet friendly so our nieghbor next door who abandoned their small yippy barking dog for the evening made me sad We fed it some of our take out under the door that would allow an adjoining room I hope pad Thai is okay for a puppy. Hotel is way over priced for its condition. Staff were great and delivered a fan to the very warm room promptly

No free morning self serve coffee bar

I purchased this stay for my brother and sister-in-law‘s first anniversary gift. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price. Complimentary coffee was not even provided in the lobby in the morning. Parking was an additional $22. There was an event happening so we could not even access topgolf. The location was nice. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Everyone is so great at this property. Been several times & service is always spot on. Wish they had vegetarian options on the menu at night(we can find something to eat regardless)
