The front desk staff lied about the type of breakfast offered, the general manager couldn't figure out how to print a final itemized receipt for their service fee. The room, 228, was aged and had work fixtures, the bed and couch were comfortable though. The water took 10 minutes to warm up. The noise level from the adjacent freeway was an inconvenience. I will say we enjoyed our stay here way better than the Hyatt Place downtown.

Booked through Hotels.com as it was advertised "pet friendly". Got to hotel and they wanted to charge us $22 per dog. Told them there is no mention of this on the Hotels.com website or even their website. They have a link next to the pet friendly icon which says how great the place is for pets, but nothing about an upcharge. I have been charged for pets in other hotels, but never one that was advertised as as "pet friendly." Charging us 50% more in pet fees after the fact seems awfully high and ethically wrong. They offered me a membership (for a price) which would waives the pet fees, thus "saving" us money. So I went with that option, but was not happy about being charged for something that felt like false advertising. Then to make it worse, the next morning there was no hot water. They told us they are doing construction next to the rooms and it may take a while for the water to get warm and to let it run. I let it run for 30 minutes and no hot water. So after a long road trip we had no showers to start the last part of our road trip. They said they would credit us back, but would need to contact Hotels.com to do so as that is who we booked through. Unfortunately they only credited us a tiny portion. For anyone on a road trip, you know how important those showers can be, especially if you have teenage boys. So needless to say we were very unhappy with the customer service and their failure to advertise the extra fees.

Roomy, clean, and comfortable. Staff was efficient and friendly. Very economical.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental and a bit sparse. The coffee was really not that great - kind of syrupy. Breakfast area was small and a bit crowded.

Comparing the price to some of the other hotels I’ve stayed at in Flagstaff as well as the rating I was expecting a “nicer” establishment. I’d spend the extra to stay elsewhere next time.

Quiet

The room was disgusting. There was a sheet stained with old period blood they tried to hide it with putting another sheet over it. Thank goodness I had two beds in the room But that was so gross. The room was dirty too stains all over the place. Hair on the towels.

You can hear a lot of hwy noise inside the rooms

Walked into the room and was immediately disappointed. There were spiders killed on the ceiling with shoe marks, dried bloody boogers on the wall by the bed, floors had someone’s hair like they didn’t even vacuum or sweep, hair on the bed. We would not ever try to stay there again. And they still charged us for the night, terrible customer service

Place is ok looks like they tried to renovate but went cheap. Highway is loud and door isn’t fully sealed. Tried to take a shower multiple times and had ZERO hot water. Asked the staff and said yeah that’s normal for those rooms…what?? Why would you know that’s a problem and then give that to customers. Save your money and go somewhere else

The room was fine except the fan was very loud. Breakfast was disappointing: only starch, no protein, not even eggs.

My wife and I were very comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was well kept and the beds were nice. The checkin process was easy, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious.

Rooms were ok. Beds were not very comfortable. Fairly quiet except for upper floors squeaky floors when occupants walked around. Breakfast offered was minimal and crowded with food running out quickly (bagels, toast, waffles, cereal, bananas, apples)
