I thought everything was very good except that there was no math mats for the tub. I almost slipped while in the shower, I advised the front desk and they said they do have bath mats but only if requested. I feel you should not have to request an item that can prevent a slip and fall in the shower.

It was amazing, very friendly staff, clean rooms and quiet area. Definitely will stay again our next trip back.

Great service, the staff was friendly and attentive, the manager Rhesa went out of her way to help us set up a function at the hotel

Pool not working and staff said it said it on the website. I booked through Expedia and it never said that. One of the reasons I booked this place was for the pool. Housekeeping staff were friendly and all staff treated my dog well.

I decided to stay at the hotel because of the hot tub.. it was out of service. No conditioner in the shower.. the refrigerator was warm and could not adjust the temperature. Lady making things for the breakfast was cranky. It was clean but I wouldn’t of spent so much on a room if I knew the hottub was out..

Clean, spacious and updated room. No complaints about the room, hotel or staff. Staff is friendly and helpful, good continental breakfast. Good location for attending a wedding at Havasu Springs Resort.
