Friendly staff

We had 9 people in 2 connecting rooms. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool and the room it was in was very cold. We had planned to spend a couple of hours there so that was disappointing. The breakfast was okay.

Tub drain full of hair. Would not drain. Tub dirty. Check in staff gruff. Barking dog in next room. Apparent homeless staying there smoking in rooms including ours. There are no positive comments.

Friendly staff Facility reflects highly trafficked area

The staff is friendly, and the suites are spacious and adequately equippped. A room cleaning was arranged after two days, although NO such cleaning had been scheduled (for a four-day stay). Unfortunately, breakfast is served on paper plates, with plastic utensils. The food was adequate, but the eggs are probably powdered. Given the relatively low price, the service was sufficient.

We enjoyed our stay. The extra room space was excellent!! The people above us were running until very late, I'm assuming it was kids. The room could use a little updating. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again!!

An affordable option for this location. The staff was not very hospitable. The bathroom needed some deep cleaning in the tub and floor areas. The rooms were nicely sized with microwaves and fridges.

Great breakfast

The eggs, sausage, and potatoes on the breakfast buffet were barely warm, verging on cold. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay and a great location.

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. We had no complaints and would stay here again.

Our room was dirty, with detritus on the floor and stained carpets. When we asked the front desk, they said we could change rooms but that they had no one on site to clean. When we attempted to actually change rooms, they informed us that they didn't have any other rooms of our type available, and we would have to pay more for a different room. Given that the lobby was also dirty, we had no confidence that a different room would be any cleaner, and chose not to switch - instead we checked out. Would not stay here again, even if it were free. The hotel we checked into instead of this one didn't have any cleanliness problems, so I'm pretty sure this wasn't just us.

It was a good stay

Setup for long term stays so no regular service in room for towels, making bed, etc. Does provide breakfast.

The room was wonderful. It had a living room and a bedroom with a small refrigerator and sink in between. It was very quiet. We heard no noise from outside or other rooms. The only drawbacks were the couch and chair hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and were a little dirty. And the toilet paper was so thin you had to use half the roll to wipe lol. The staff was great.
